Kristina went above and beyond on helping my wife and I plan our first ever wine tasting outing. She gave great recommendations, and we absolutely loved every winery. The planning stage was super easy, we exchanged a handful of emails, and everything was set. At the last minute, our babysitter had to cancel on us, and we ended up bringing our 4 year old and 2 year old on the trip. Kristina called all the wineries the day before and made sure we were all set and good to go with our additional "group members." When it came to the Tour our driver/guide Steve or as my kids referred to him "Uncle Steve", was also outstanding! He educated us on the area, the history, the process of wine making, harvesting and spoke to all our servers to ensure we were taken care of. To top it off he took a ton of pictures of our family at each tasting, which is great as we always seem to forget to snap pictures. My wife and I booked Toast Tours for a weekend getaway in Paso. We really can't say enough good things about them. We had no idea what we wanted to do and, after a brief call talking about our interests, left it to them to schedule for us. We ended up with a trip that included both wine and olive oil tasting. The van was early (and with COVID requirements we had it all to ourselves), our guide was wonderfully friendly, and the day trip was just perfect. We got a mix of big and small wineries, selected both for their wines and their ability to provide us with a special experience, and really enjoyed each one. I can't say enough about how much fun we had with Kristina on our wine tour. Celebrating my husband's 62nd birthday, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day and kinder person than Kristina. As we drove, she gave us some insight on the wineries we would be visiting. The bus was super nice and comfortable, and we were provided some water, cheese, crackers. and chips. When I notified Kristina we were returning, she immediately remembered who I was and remembered I had the prefrence for red wines and great IPA's so she set up the trip accordingly. She hooked us up with 3 great wineries and one of the best IPA's from a local micro brewer I have ever had. Had a wonderful time! Our driver was a doll, always on time, always cheerful. The lunch was very very nice quite exceptional for a box lunch. I was leery of going on a winery tour during the pandemic. No worries, social distancing and masks were the order of the day. And my friend and I were the only two people on the bus. I highly recommend Toast Tours to anyone looking to book a group wine tasting in the Paso Robles area. Kristina was extremely helpful in setting up a private tour for our group of 8. She helped make the reservations at wineries and communication with her leading up to the trip was very easy. I found and booked Toast Tours about 7 months before my 40th birthday in September - I'm a planner. Then Covid hit and I was afraid we wouldn't be able to go on the trip. As our date got closer, Kristina updated me on the new policies at the wineries and with their tours and with that information we felt comfortable going forward with our plans. We are so glad we did. We had the best day in Paso Robles thanks to Kristina at Toast Tours and our driver, Jennifer! Kristina set up our tastings at the wineries and gave us a great suggestion for lunch at Aron Hill. She gave me info on a distillery that we visited and loved. I made a few changes to our itinerary and she made the necessary arrangements/reservations. She is so accommodating and easy to work with! We had the best time! Jennifer picked us up at our hotel on time and everything went smoothly and on schedule. She thoughtfully made sure we had water between our stops, had a great system for keeping track of our wine purchases and carried our things to the van. Toast Tours is a MUST for first timers! Since this was our first time visiting Paso Robles and the surrounding areas, we thought it would be nice to take a tour instead of exploring by ourselves. The tour included a ride to Hearst Castle, a ride to Cambria to explore and enjoy lunch, and a visit to a few wineries. Lars was an excellent driver and guide who was super flexible with what we wanted to do and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Hearst Castle and the wine country. As a newcomer to California wine country, I didn't know where to start with planning a day of wine touring when we visited Paso Robles for a belated 40th birthday trip for me. From my first interaction with Kristina, I knew Toast Tours was the company we wanted to book. We loved the small group tour feel for my husband and I and one other couple. Kristina and I had a phone conversation about our wine taste, and she took it from there and planned an absolutely awesome day for us. We visited 3 wineries where we tasted delicious wine, did one vineyard tour (this was so much fun!!), and had a picnic lunch as well. I literally didn't have to lift a finger to plan anything. Kristina also was in text contact with me as our trip date approached and offered up great dinner and tasting room recommendations for downtown Paso. They were all amazing, by the way. The day of the tour, Lars was our driver. He was super safe, very knowledgeable, and just a really fun guy to be around. He also pulled out some snacks for us in between winery stops , and had plenty of chilled bottle water for us.
