I proceeded to call my credit card company and ask what proof they gave to which the reply was un-shockingly "nothing." There was no proof. So here I am almost 2 months later still going through this bs because why..... according to them a regular customer is supposed to know to email them with issues, even though you called them and talked to someone over the phone & they mentioned nothing about emailing! Who isn't taking responsibility now?
