Therapist suggested one type of mask to try which was ok, she said I could bring it back if I didn't like it. In the mean time the mask just didn't work for me. The therapist said try this one. It was perfect. Since this time I have tried to get a replacement mask. No one at Ricks or the supplier sending replacement masks could provide me with the number. Their third party sent a whole new box with the origin and wrong Mack from the beginning. I have been to Ricks four times. I was there and spoke with one of their employees last Thursday. I'm angry. I raised my voice as I was explaining it nicely after complimenting the two up front. One if which I started talking to her last October. so-called older supervisor lady wearing the same hair style as she did in high school threatens to call the police on me. Mind me I've complimented them, I thanked them of what they were for trying to help. Is this the customer service you want? The most unprofessional so-called supervisor I've ever met.

It's a lovely wheelchair rental and I feel like I definitely got a great value. However, my insurance went with another company to get me a hoyer lift and fully electric hospital bed and it was a week and a half. My mobility was decreasing at a quick rate and the pressure when onto the shoulders of my parents. I needed that equipment and I needed it now. I finally reached out to Rick's as a consumer willing to pay thousands if I needed to get that equipment today. Ebony answered my call and more. She tried to advocate me to try again with insurance and then offered that if I rented this month, then to send the docs orders to her and she would go after the insurance in my place. She also said they only had a hydraulic hoyer lift, but I could use that and they would order a fully electric one that, when it comes in, I can switch to. These are expensive machines too! She stayed late, came in on her day off, and was just overall amazing. If the rest of Rick's employs other people like that, I can only imagine that the owners and upper management must be so proud of them. I got the medical equipment today, just two days after i reached out. Thanks Rick's!

I first…read morewalked in around 10:30 am, but recently they have had so many bra fitting appointments, it's best to call ahead to make an appointment. It didn't matter to me since I had some errands to attend to, so I made an appointment later that day. I arrive early for my appointment and there's a small waiting area in the store where you can wait. Tony helped my with my bra fitting and she was wonderful! The first thing she did was take three measurements: one for the band and one for each breast. With the measurements, she calculated my size, but it doesn't stop there. According to my measurments, I was a 36G. Just from looking at me, she could tell I wasn't a G cup, so we went a cup size up from what I was wearing. (The bra I was wearing fit me well which is why she referenced that size - 36DD) After trying a few sizes, we finally got a bra that fit me well and was giving me support. My new size was a 38DDD. She helped me find bras that fit, but also took into consideration my request for having something that wouldn't show when I wore a tank top. I ended up purchasing three bras, two that were $60 and one that was a European brand for $48. Since it's hard to find certain sizes in stores that actually fit, spending the money on bras that actually fit and would last me a long time was a no brainer. They are reasonably priced and if you look at it from cost per wear, it's well worth it! I used to have a drawer full of bras that just don't quite fit, so having those three were a great buy. I highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly and accommodating, the selection is great and the prices are reasonable.

I have a clean driving record, valid license, insurance, good credit, I'm a good person, and I don't know why they wouldn't hire me. I wish there were more transparency in the world. I could help these guys; they have a lot of complaints from customers. I would be a good employee, I would reach out to customers, I could help raise awareness and customer satisfaction, but after a phone interview, I was ghosted.

I ran down to my local Lincare in Brookings, Oregon, and I had an experience I will never forget. The woman who spoke to me first. To say the least, and when she asked my name, another woman in the room was speaking so loudly she couldn't hear me. I tried to walk about 6 feet over to her desk and she said oh no stop! You can't walk behind that table so I stopped, and leaned forward and told her if you would get off your ass you could come over here and hear me.! I know I shouldn't have said ass, but she ended up kicking me out of the office under the surveillance of an armed guard. I'm 5'1" tall, and I hardly present any threat. These two women in that office are bullies. Unbelievable for a business to conduct themselves in that way. I'm definitely done dealing with them, but I'm really in shock that people act like this.
