It's in Missouri City in a Target shopping center, in case you needed to find it. What I did appreciate was the technology they had and all of the various tests they do for your eyesight. I've been to other ophthalmologists before, but none were as thorough as Dr. Marsh. We had tests done for my peripheral vision, balance, movement, just about anything and everything you can imagine for eyes. She even evaluated the tear ducts in my eyes and gave me a eye drop regimen to follow. I don't know how many eye doctors do as much as this office does, which impressed me. While, the frames were nice and trendy, I didn't find any to suit my taste and went elsewhere. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and Dr. Marsh was extremely patient when I kept having to redo certain eye tests, because my eyes tired out. If you're in the Fort Bend area, you need to see her. She'll truly look into the health of your eyes and they even send a little newsletter, which can be helpful. Unfortunately, after arriving about 10 minutes late, the staff spent another 15 minutes trying to locate the appointment because it had apparently been entered under my name instead of my son's. Regardless, the appointment was still made through their own system. After finally finding it, I was told they were "fully booked" and could not see my son. I specifically took my son out of school for this appointment, and the situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. Instead, the staff came across as rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate of our time and effort. Customer service seems to be lacking more and more these days. Mistakes happen, but how staff treat people matters. A little understanding, communication, and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Very frustrating experience overall.
