Upon scheduling my wisdom teeth surgery, I was instructed I must come in for a consultation. We scheduled the consultation​ and I asked if I could go ahead and get my surgery on the books. They were more than happy to pencil me in for the day before Thanksgiving. My consultation was quick, helpful, and comfortable. The surgery was as good as surgery can be! I was very emotional and scared but I knew I was in great hands. The bedside manner was everything I could have asked for and more! The recovery was okay but I did have to come back in and see Dr. Crowley the following week. Twice actually. Both times I saw him that week, he was reassuring and kind as ever. The ladies in this office are remarkable. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, sweet, and efficient. Dr. Crowley is nothing short of that either. May I mention just how experienced​ he is. He actually took my stepdad's wisdom teeth out 30 years ago - a hoot! I really cannot speak any more​ highly of Dr. Crowley and his team!

Dr. Crowley talked to me beforehand and really did everything within his power to ensure I was comfortable. I went back after leaving the office because I felt like I was having trouble breathing, they monitored my oxygen levels and made sure I was doing ok before sending me on my way. They even called later to check on me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I've been in a lot of shitty situations in my life and have worked a lot of customer service, so I understand how to be a good customer and not give anyone hell. I read a lot of bad reviews on this guy and thought "hey, it'll be different for me. I bet most of these patients sucked" nope, they're right. The Doctor was rude and downright cruel. I had warned them that I was very nervous as I haven't ever been put under for any procedure in my life, so I needed a little extra reassurance. The doctor went on and on about his dog dying (which isn't fun to hear when you're already nervous) and how he liked my dog tattoo which was in full display where they injected the IV. Maybe not the best topic to bring up as I'm being put under. One of the last things I remembered was him SCREAMING at the nurse for no real reason. I also saw him drag a kid out of surgery and not very gently either. I don't remember leaving surgery I woke up on a chair in a separate room with my friends asking if I remember anything. I started puking up blood and no doctors or nurses came to help me for like 10 mins, so my friends had to grab a trash can to give me something to puke into. No wheelchair no nothing to be moved into my car. The medicine wore off within an hour and I had to wait almost 6 hours to get any meds because they made us bring the scripts to the pharmacy rather than call it in. This was a problem because I was in intense pain for hours after, with no meds. I have a very very high pain tolerance and I was still sobbing in pain. I got conflicting instructions on paper; e.g rinse with salt water 4 days after surgery, and then another paper they gave me said to do it after 24 hours. They also said I can eat solid food after 72 hours even though every other resource said no solid food for 7 days, especially since I have TMJ. They took only about 30-45 mins for surgery when I've seen most surgeries take 25 mins PER TOOTH. They also cracked one in half and wouldn't let me take that, so I only got 3 out of the 4 teeth back. I've never been denied of my teeth after an extraction before, and I had one that was almost fully broken from another dentist. Dr H also acted insanely rushed and like I was inconveniencing him by having an appointment?? He also said something along the lines of "I normally wouldn't do this but I'm breaking my own rules right now haha" when he was injecting me with the anesthetic... Idk what that was about... I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. So. much. screaming. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

We sat in the waiting room watching them bustle around endlessly. While we waited we witnessed Dr Homrighausen treat his staff poorly. He was rude to us too. I DO NOT recommend this practice.

The doctor is a certified dentist, oral surgeon and anasthediologist. They removed my daughters 4 wisdom teeth in about 1 hour all including pre op, surgery and post op. Her recovery has been exceptional. They even accepted our Vital Aetna plan for dental discount even though they never used it before. Was a great experience. I highly recomend them.

What they DIDN'T put on the bill was that they billed my dental insurance as well, but didn't bother putting that on the bill. Funny enough, my dental insurance paid almost...wait for it... $1,000. Going to call them and attempt to get this sorted out. But, it sure smells like FRAUD to me.

Aspen Dental sucks…read more I mean, don't get me wrong, it's terrific that they're open on Saturday. It's unbelievable how scarce dentist offices are when it comes to the weekend. They're an everyday of the week necessity - just like the hospital and just like the grocery stores. BUT being the only dentistry open, these guys are greedy and capitalistic unfortunately. I come in a little past 7am - around when they open. I see a sign on the window "walk in's welcome!" So I walk right on in. What am I greeted with? A weary, apathetic receptionist and the rest of the group. They're like "we're already behind we might not be able to see you" - ma'am you've only been open 30 minutes and if I'm coming to you and telling you I got a serious issue I think that warrants a visit. Ultimately they think so too but here's the catch - they come up with some pure nonsense about how insurance companies are unreachable on Saturdays so you'll just have to pay 320 dollars for two images and a brief exam. Didn't even ask for my insurance card. EXCUSE ME? Talk about a scam. What gets under my skin is how greedy and eager to take advantage of my - and other people's - poor circumstances. I urgently needed to be checked on and get some antibiotics for my tooth before a literally blizzard blows into town and they couldn't care less. So I went to freaking urgent care and called an endodontist and got my help that way. If you think you don't got any other choices for your sudden tooth pain then to drop 300 on this place, you're wrong. These guys have to advertise aggressively because the reviews don't bring in customers on their own. I'd probably give it more stars if I could've been seen but, that's the issue. I wasn't so this place fails.

AND this place is SUPER expensive, even though their on hold message attempts to say otherwise. Took me 5 phone calls to get a rude office manager Tiffany on the actual phone. After I was given half answers/ to get them further info (instead of calling to get it themselves) from a receptionist, I immedicaetly got the requested info to the best of my capabilities. Tiffany did not take me up on the offer to 3 way into the other office that did the start of my process to get the information directly from them. I was met w the, other dental offices dont want to give us info because we take money from them. That was odd answer and not the case here, the person at the other office offered to speak directly to her. I am tired of pass the buck mentality that comes out of my pocket and seems to be what all dental and healthcare has taken form as. I am sure she will remember me when she reads this, as I told her I was going to find elsewhere to go as i did not feel like they really cared about helping me. I'm not the patient that's going to settle for subpar customer service or care.
