My mail carrier left a package at a different door, because he said there was a dog running around while they were on the roof. I don't even have a dog... The final cost was over 2x the estimate they gave me too! Update: I later received an email asking if I had any comments/concerns/suggestions. I restated everything I said in this review. Like yeah, it would be nice if it was done well... I got no response at all, and there was never an attempt to come fix the obvious color/shape difference of the shingles ‍. I received a text asking how they did too, and I said the same things then. Again no response. Why repeatedly ask people how you did, when you don't care?? When I have to have my roof fully replaced, I'm obviously going to just choose a different company.
