I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

As I looked up Car Source Collision center, Mia S.'s 5 star review was more than enough to convince me to take my car here. And Im so grateful that I did! Andrew was amazing..explaining the process, keeping me posted on updates, and even graciously transporting me to/from the car rental place. But the absolute best part-my car repair looked fantastic!! Perhaps looked even better than prior to my fender bender :) Also, Car Source Collision Center was the most cleanest and stylish body shop Ive ever visited. I felt completely comfortable walking into the waiting area of shop and the comfortable seating, tv, and a water cooler, made my time there very hospitable. Highly recommend yelp peeps!

I suggest going to the shop for a convo vs calling because he DOES do a LOT of business & the personal touch goes both ways in terms of getting what you need. I called the Lexus dealership in Annapolis and was referred to JB's for repair. Pros: Really nice people, quick Turnaround (2 1/2 weeks) and collision repair knowledge. Cons: communication is ok; I would have liked more informed updates that discussed my out-of-pocket expenses when using this shop. This is why I want to put a warning if you use this particular shop. Warning: This is the only certified Lexus repair shop in the area that won't bring down their labor rate per hour. This will affect you because they are well above the insurance cap ( they charge 54 dollars, and state insurance companies cap at 50 dollars an hour). This means the difference will be paid by you, the consumer. Knowing what I have learned, I would have picked another place that wouldn't force me to pay additional fees even though their finished product was good. It is bad enough to get into an accident that isn't your fault but to have to pay the difference is even more traumatizing. I am fortunate that the insurance company waived the charges, but from what I hear, this isn't the norm. This shop is an excellent place if you are willing to pay 200-500 out of your pocket.

Last year, a perfect job was done installing body side moldings on a new Mazda CX5. That same car brushed under a tree branch (oops) and scratches resulted on the roof. Fortunately a staff member rendered an opinion that the scratches could possibly be removed by using a liquid lacquer. And, he did what was needed, easily. Wow, was I impressed. Moreover, there was no charge. I am greatly appreciative and strongly recommend this shop.

Wow. My husband scheduled an estimate this morning about some minor body damage. He had tried to…read morework on the scratches by himself but that made it more noticeable. John Brady took his time to assess the situation and then went WAY above and beyond to work on the two spots for about 15 minutes. When he was done, the scratches were barely noticeable.
