When I called to express my concerns, Don completely dismissed me. He took no responsibility for his employee's poor performance or lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no accountability. Thirty-six hours after the inspection I still didn't have the report, and when I asked about a discount for the delay, Don flat-out refused. When you charge $350-$400 for a well inspection, the job should be done right the first time. It's not complicated; professionalism, follow-through, and respect for clients' timelines should be the standard. Unfortunately, Don's response made it clear those values weren't a priority.
