We love this place. I thought it was time I gave them the review They deserve. I work near this location and so my coworkers and I come here often for lunch. They have a great lunch special. I have enjoyed the pizza , lasagna,and the hot and the cold sandwiches . all the lunches come with a soda and a salad. It's a great meal and it's a good value. Everything is served quickly so that you have a chance to have a nice meal in 45 minutes. After work or after busy days, we have picked up pizzas here for dinner. My husband is a big fan of the meat lovers. I like the Hawaiian. upper crust is always very generous with the toppings. when you take your piece of pizza out of the box you have to go back with a spoon to get all the extra toppings that have fallen back into the box. They seem to hire a lot of young people and everybody who's waited on us or served us has always been very professional and friendly. Food: The dough is really below average. The toppings are cheap and very thin, super greasy. The place is run by students who couldn't care much about customer service or food quality. Place: Old furniture, dirty floors, really noisy, kids running around without any respect and parents who don't care, dirty "fun zone" (kids go play in there with their hands full of cheese grease and tomatoes sauce). I guess it's an ok environment if you are a fan of chuck-e-cheese. My antipasto salad has "something" non-edible in it, probably a very hard onion 'butt'. The leftover pizza went to trash after 4 days in the fridge. Absolutely do not recommend. I am giving it 2 starts because all the kids I saw there were having much fun. read more

First time trying this place, based off of reviews decided to have dinner there for my son's birthday. They have great customer service, everyone working there is sweet and helpful and best of all the pizzas were delicious !!! Pizzas tasted fresh and had big topping portions which was a plus! Ordered 2 XLs, two 12 piece wings and 2 salads this was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. Favorites were the Everything pizza and the half and half salad with ranch dressing. We were able to watch the World Cup soccer game! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they don't accept reservations so we had to ask a friend to save seats/tables and it was pretty hot inside not sure if the AC was down. Upper Crust Pizza is located behind the Dunkin' Donuts, next to the Sprouts. It's in the Vista Terrace Market Place Center. I haven't actually dined in at this location in a long time, but I have ordered takeout several times. The restaurant has plenty of tables and booths. It's definitely family friendly, there is a small arcade/video game area. I usually order a combination pizza and salad. The Hawaiian and Everything are my favorite combination pizzas on the menu. My two favorite salads are the Half & Half Salad and the Antiopasto Salad. The Half & Half Salad is half Garden Salad and half Pasta Salad, the best of both worlds; literally. The Antipasto Salad is filled with fresh toppings (e.g., salami, ham, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, artichoke hearts). The parking lot is busy; limited, but not impossible, just not always convenient. Also, you can't order online or via app, you can order at the restaurant or by phone. This place just might be my all-time favorite pizza joint in the entire country. I was introduced to it by my wife, who had grown up with it and raved about it for years. Once I finally got to try it, I could see why she'd rave about it. Not only is their pizza top notch, they have excellent ranch dressing to compliment it, which also goes well on their salads and pasta salads (try the half and half salad, too!). I don't know what kind of pepperoni they use, but it just works so well together with their crust and ranch dressing. A pro tip though, use a knife and fork to cut the pizza for dipping it into the ranch, and get extra ranch on the side, as you'll want it because it's so dang delicious. As I have never eaten pizza from Upper Crust, I am confining my review to their lunch service, which is fast, cheap, and filling. There are over 7 Lunch Specials, most of which are in the $8.00 range, and include a 16 oz. drink. You order from the counter upon entering and can be in and out in 20-minutes after a sit-down lunch, if you are in a hurry. Many of the specials include a small salad, which is a great deal--lots of quality lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, topped with shredded cheese and your favorite dressing. The salad is served with lightening speed, with the remainder following in a few minutes. One can get a to-go cup so that you can take some soda with you. My favorite is #6, which is a half cold (turkey for me) sandwich, salad and drink. Whether for a quick bite, or a longer lunch with friends, I would highly recommend Upper Crust. read more

The pizza joint is a real restaurant with plenty of seating, televisions and an arcade game nook. The staff is friendly and full of smiles. Upon waiting for the pizza my 8yr old won several rubber bath toys from one of their claw game. It's signage states: Guaranteed Winner!
