We stopped here April 20th 2026 after a long morning at work to grab some lunch. I got a Hot Pastrami, boss man ordered a roast beef. I gotta say, this Pastrami HIT THE SPOT, they LOADED my sandwich up. I took all the fixings with what had to be a pound of pastrami on some Parmesan bread. I didn't catch her name but the sweet lady had To have been the manager or owner. We had great banter for such a short stop to grab food. I don't feel like I was unwanted or just another inconvenience even though she was running both counters. 10/10 togos experience we will be stopping here from now on when working out here. read more

We ordered a steak sandwich and got a roast beef sandwich. No mushrooms like advertised. Chops tiny tomatoes that kept falling out. The worst though was paying extra for steak and not getting steak. It was seriously BLAND. The salami sandwich had THREE pieces of salami on it. Not worth the price. Would have much rather had salami cheese and crackers. For over $30 for a crappy meal we should have just gone to Granzellas. We were traveling home and tired and stopped in for dinner. Will never go there again. I absolutely love Togos, but this one was not good at all. The bread was super stale, and the sandwich had barely any mayo and mustard and was dry. The girl making it was very nice, I just feel their ingredients are not fresh, and defiantly very old dry bread. read more

I stayed at the nearby Ramada hotel so I literally walked here to grab something to eat for dinner. The other options were the usual drive-thru restaurants. I ordered a lemon pepper tuna sub on sourdough bread. Sandwich was good; kept my belly satisfied for the rest of the evening. read more

Visited 4/9 at about 2pm. Ordered a turkey/cheddar and there were only about 4 deli slices of turkey on the entire "large-size" sandwich I ordered for my husband -- all bread and iceberg lettuce. Togo's is my "go-to" fast food and this was definitely not Togo's standard. Don't know if this is one franchisee's policy or if it was the employee who made the sandwich (the young man on duty) but wanted to warn others -- and actually really angry that because I left a $5.00 tip. Geeeee where to begin.... We called. Owner picks up and hands the phone to the other employee. Employee says she's making a sandwich already and says to call back. She hangs up on us. We call back later and she is apologetic. Our order was taken. We go pick it up and she made a mini sandwich when it was supposed to be a daily deal which is full sandwich. She makes the full sandwich and let's us keep the mini. I get back to work for my lunch break only to see she completely disregarded all my specifics. The sandwich does not come with mustard on the build and she adds it anyways. I asked for yellow cheddar and I thought I got white cheddar only to see it was Swiss. And the second sandwich we got was built wrong. Things out of order. Just completely messed it all up. We got soups as well. Can't mess that up too much except they water down the soups to make it last longer, cheap. Found out in the end we didn't get charged for the full sandwich. That's not the point. I'd rather pay FULL price and get everything I wanted right than get a discount and get stuff wrong. This place has done wrong many times to where I'm leaving this review hoping things change. Togo's is my favorite sandwich shop of all time. On a road trip to Oregon, we stopped in Williams, at the Shell station, which has a Togo's inside of it. This was a Sunday night & it was 8:40 p.m. Once inside, we locate 2 employees who tell us that they are closed already. "Huh it's only 8:40 pm. What time do you close?" The guy tells us "We close at 8:40." LOL Are you kidding me?! They don't close at 8:39 or 8:41, they close RIGHT AT 8:40 pm, which is what time it happened to be, right at that moment! So then I asked, "What time are you supposed to close?" & they said "Well, even though the sign says 9 p.m., our mgr doesn't like us to stay any later than that, so we have to close now so that we'll be ready to leave right at 9:00 pm." OMG! Are u f'ing kidding me?!!! This Togo's definitely wasn't interested in pleasing ANY customers! You've been warned. If ur hungry, get there at least 30-45 mins b4 their hours say that they are closed!!! read more

Bad customer service in this TOGO'S and meet gets warm up in microwave instead of a toaster it looks like it gets cooked in the microwave too that's really unhealthy at least they should use a toaster for it read more

Terrible sandwiches; no one would eat them. It tastes like day old grocery store French bread instead of a TOGO'S brand white roll.

Sitting here now. The guy helping us wasn't much help. Stopped mid transaction to go answer the phone when there was two other girls that were available to answer. My sandwich was mediocre. My husbands sandwich was a hot one that was cold. Used to stop here all the time on my way through town. Won't be doing that again. The service sucks and not one apology for anything. It's a Togo's inside a gas station. Beware of smaller than normal portions, especially with the salads.

They are not honoring your check in coupons and it's basically all bread. Use to love Togos, but man have they gone downhill. Won't be doing them again. Very disappointed. read more

I rarely ever write reviews but I just had the most ridiculous experience. I ordered a kids meal for my son and a sandwich for myself. I didn't realize until the clerk was halfway through making my sandwich that she was also taking the drive-thru orders. She was just proceeding to put everything on the sandwich without asking me what I wanted. I stopped her and told her I didn't want everything and she started to throw things off and became a little huffy. She was rushing me even though there was another clerk and I was the only one in line. She was acting like I was bothering her by having an opinion on what I wanted on my sandwich. I wound up forgetting to get cheese and had to go back in for my son's chips. I wish I'd just told her to forget the whole order! We stop in Williams frequently on our way to visit family in Redding and I will likely never stop at this Togo's again. read more
