Chip and his NWO Renovations team did Quotes and They Followed through KEEPING THEIR PROMISE TO GET THE WORK COMPLETED IN A TIMELY WAY. Chip kept the Promise and that has built a Trust that cannot be bought, cause its not for sale, It is Trust. The quality of workmanship and products (windows and doors here) and finishing siding work left behind was excellent. Cannot say enough good about my personal experience with Chip and his team of experts. I want to say this also, Chip did not swoop down on a community in their confusion and need. I and neighbors saw to many out of state "contractors" arrive with their pads and pens in hand ready to quote and get a handshake and in many cases GET $$$$$$ A-DEPOSIT.an then you may or may not see some if these guys again. I personally had a contractor BEFORE CHIP NWO RENOVATIONS THAT I SIGNED WITH AND THE COMPANY AS IT TURNED OUT SUB CONTRACTED WITH A CONTRACTOR JESSIE WHOM PROCEEDED TO RIP ME OFF FOR $2,600.00 for a window down payment I Never got the window. Then I called Jessies Boss in Hudson Mi. only to discovered Jessie was going around doing this to others in my community. Unfortunately, Jessie was not the only one! . I really do not care if Jessie ever sees his name here as he has a-lot to answer for. Then a true God answered prayer I found NWO Renovations and Chip. We recently purchased Sunrise's Noise Reducing Picture Window through Toledo Door & Window,…read morespecifically for its advertised sound-reducing capabilities and REGRET IT! DO NOT BUY their products. Sunrise's marketing materials clearly state that this window "eliminates unwanted sounds," including traffic noise, with no disclaimers or fine print. Toledo Door & Window visited our home and saw firsthand that we live on a very busy, high-traffic street, and he made no mention of any limitations or conditions on this feature. We trusted the product based on the claims and paid a premium price over regular windows. Unfortunately, within two weeks of installation, we experienced two major issues: 1. No Noticeable Sound Reduction There has been zero improvement in sound levels. The noise from the street and neighborhood remains completely unchanged. It performs no differently than a standard window. 2. Fogging and Condensation The picture window began fogging shortly after installation--something that has never occurred in our 35-year-old home, even with older windows. We were told it was simply "acclimating," but according to industry research, this explanation has no basis. We raised these concerns and were met with dismissive behavior, particularly during a visit from a Sunrise representative (Ryan) on 8/22, who was flippant, condescending and offered no solutions or support. We felt brushed off and disregarded. At this point, neither Sunrise nor Toledo Door & Window has offered any resolution, replacement, or effort to make things right--despite the product clearly failing to meet the advertised performance. We believe this experience amounts to false advertising and deceptive sales practices.

The downstairs windows weren't good, but I accepted it, as there was still an improvement. I couldn't see the upstairs windows well, but from the ground they looked ok. Then I hired a contractor to do some stucco work for me, and he climbed up and took pictures of the worst caulking, and metalwork I've ever seen. Look them up on Angie's list, I posted a very telling photo of the work that they stamped their name on, and left me with. It's so bad, I won't even allow them to come back, for the third time, to repair or replace it. Stay as far away from this company as you can.
