He went around my home spraying the ground and around doorways for about 10 minutes. I had explained the area above my porch where I though the wasps might be coming from and yet he did nothing in that area. He went to his truck for 10 minutes then came to my door with his bill for over $250. I explained he had not gotten the areas I had informed him of. He said he had no one with him to hold the ladder. After much discussion about my frustrations he lowered the bill. I am very displeased and disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them. My wasp problem is worse than it was before.

Because the infestation seemed to be spreading to other rooms, I finally gave up on Orkin and called Rocky Mountain Pest control.
