Did a complete inspection and provided a quote on the spot before leaving. We are undecided on using them or not yet and hope if we do move forward the communication issues are resolved.

When we signed the contract, we were under the clear impression that the service would include a thorough inspection of our entire home, including cabinets and drawers, cleanup of mouse droppings, trap placement, and ongoing service to help resolve our mouse infestation. Unfortunately, that is not what occurred. The technician did not inspect the entire house, did not clean all of the affected areas, and left significant portions of the work incomplete. When we questioned this, the technician explained that he did not have enough time to finish the job and would need to return at a later date. That return visit was never scheduled, and we later learned that this information had apparently never been communicated to the office. To make matters worse, we eventually discovered we were being charged an additional $89 per month for ongoing service. When we contacted the company to discuss the incomplete work and the expectations that had been set during the sales process, we were told that the original inspector no longer worked for the company and that there were no records of the conversations or commitments that had been made. Rather than taking ownership, investigating our concerns, or making any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation, customer service rep simply dismissed our complaints. We were essentially told that because there was no documentation in their system, our concerns could not be verified. As a customer who spent thousands of dollars, that response was unacceptable. A reputable company stands behind its work, communicates with its customers, and attempts to resolve legitimate concerns. In our case, none of those things happened. We were left feeling misled, ignored, and out thousands of dollars after paying for services that we do not believe were delivered as represented. We ultimately canceled our contract because we lost confidence in the company's ability and willingness to address our concerns. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using Critter Control. Before signing any agreement, insist that every promise, every service, every follow-up visit, and every fee be documented in writing. Had we known then what we know now, we would have chosen a different company.

Dan told me that there was the possibility that the storm might have killed them due to the freeze. However, he checked all around the house to see if he could find any wasps. He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again. Thus far, I have not seen any wasps. If they appear in the future, I will certainly call Dan again. Not often do you find a person with this kind of integrity. I certainly recommend Dan and Eco Tech Pest Control!

Once I got a hold of him, we scheduled a date and time. And then I never heard from him again until I received an invoice via email. I would have expected him to let me know he was at the house or at least finished spraying at the house- let me know what he saw and what he did and that it was gone. My tenants just said the nest was gone so I did not follow up. I hire a lot of contractors for my properties and I'm used to some kind of communication or follow up so this was just odd to me. I appreciate the prompt and fair quote, the fact that he did come out, and that he sprayed it.
