This was after I spent half an hour picking out about 20 things to wear to an upcoming wedding. I will never shop here Ross again. Waste of time. When I suggested they change the signs to just say fitting rooms are closed, he said, "well they do say they're closed..." I had to point out that each set of fitting rooms sends you to the other ones, so then you can find out they're all closed. Ridiculous!!!

My recent visit, though, really amazed me to see really good quality stuff inside the store, like Durango and Ariat boots on sale, designer bags at a discounted price, and lots of cute dresses. I did not know Ross carried all these nice things at a discounted price, but the only thing is, what you see on the shelf is all they have - they don't have complete sizes. So, it's like a treasure hunt, finding rare nice things at a lower price. I like it. I would suggest checking your Ross location to find good deals. You'll be surprised at what you can find.

Cons: it seems more expensive than other Nordstrom Rack's I have been to. Maybe it is just the types of items I am looking at, maybe it is inflation but the deals they have did not seem to be that great. I have found better deals online. It is nice to go there to see something in person then come home and order if from another place for less money. One thing I thought was weird about this store (not sure if it is all Nordstrom Racks or just this one due to being new) but they had a pair of Uggs in store that were 99.98. Online on their own Nordstrom Rack website they were 79.98 and I asked if they could price match their own website and they said no. So I had to go home and order them and luckily since it is the holiday season I got free shipping (free shipping online is usually if you spend $89 or more) I will keep popping in here from time to time (get my husband's Jack Black here, as Ulta in the same shopping plaza doesn't carry the size product he uses) and I love all the Tony Moly stuff by the registers is half what it is anywhere else (lotion tubes) as it makes great stocking stuffers and kidlet loves the squish mallow Tony Moly lip glosses.

She told the customer to go to Mission Valley instead and stated that she herself was the manager when asked to speak to one. The customer was understandably upset. Seeing this interaction while waiting in line made me feel unwelcome as well. Later, that same manager was taking photos on her phone, though it wasn't clear why. This isn't the first time I've observed this kind of behavior at this location--I've witnessed similar rudeness twice now. Even though it wasn't directed at me, it still left a bad impression. They could really benefit from better customer service training, especially at the management level.

I have been shopping at Kiko + Sven for the past several years. I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like.
