This was after I spent half an hour picking out about 20 things to wear to an upcoming wedding. I will never shop here Ross again. Waste of time. When I suggested they change the signs to just say fitting rooms are closed, he said, "well they do say they're closed..." I had to point out that each set of fitting rooms sends you to the other ones, so then you can find out they're all closed. Ridiculous!!!

I did not know Ross carried all these nice things at a discounted price, but the only thing is, what you see on the shelf is all they have - they don't have complete sizes. So, it's like a treasure hunt, finding rare nice things at a lower price. I like it. I would suggest checking your Ross location to find good deals. You'll be surprised at what you can find.

While the service at this location was great I found the lighting a bit off for me, but then again I have some sensory issues. That hybrid fitness bike is so worth it especially having my favorite color Rose Red - their color called "Orchid" , bike is so light and fast. I had to buy a kick stand since it doesn't come with the bike and it came loose , so I came today to have it fix and wanting to return the white lucky cat water bottle bike holder since I found the black one somewhere else where it's sold out. Chris acknowledge me since he was busy with a customer, apologizing that I had to wait and fixed the bike stand , took off the cat water bottle holder, put air in my tires, adjusted my seat, height and put the phone holder I never got originally? On that note... gotta give that credit to Kelly, who noticed I didn't have one and I told her I brought it up when I bought the bike Wednesday ? She even adjusted my light reflector to a smaller size to fit my handle bars. Didn't question me why I wanted to returned the white cat water bottle holder. (They were sold out of the black cat and found it somewhere else.) I had is the BEST customer service from both of them -Team work makes the dream work and those two need a raise! I am often at this REI trying to find outdoor gear and supplies…read more I think I have figured out the layout of this place now so I know which sections to head to for my needs. Just also know that all their bike stuff is located in another building, so dont be disappointed. Its cool to have another building just for bikes and bike related gear. This REI also has a lightly used section. I do go and check out whats on offer there, but so far haven't found anything that works. The thing with REI is that you have to want the thing thats carried in the store and nowadays with so many options, REI won't always carry I what I need specifically... Case in point, cavers need specialized equipment as our needs are different than say climbers or canyoneerers. Yes, some things might be shared, but in general, cavers have very special needs. But, today, when I came in here, I did find a quick link I needed so that worked out nicely. I am also a runner and finally decided I need a fanny pack (I hate how the 80s and 90s ruined this item for me), so I also got one that was small enough that would be perfect for my runs. Service is always great here, very friendly and staff always trying to help. I like also that this REI has a community board in the back and I like to check out whats on offer locally. Really wonderful to have this REI here in Kearny Mesa, super convenient and I can go Asian grocery shopping right after! Win win!

The interior decoration is all purple; love the large rabbit mirror. Most of the clothes are for women and are designed, variety of styles. The owner told me that she hoped everyone could wear beautiful clothes, and she picked the clothes that fit me instead of wanting me to purchase more. Such a great experience, highly recommend it!

Luckily there were pants in his size and only for like $35! The clothes here for both men and women are great, a large range of sizes and designs and perfect for any occasion. Aside from their clothes I love the home goods that they have available. I'm a sucker for anything cute, especially mugs and stuffed animals. They knew what they were doing when they put the mugs right next to the check out. I was super tempted to buy one. I was being good until I saw this plush crocodile toy for pets. It was not only adorable but it wasn't an annoying squeaker either, more like a pig oink, that's what sealed the deal and I HAD to get it for my German Shepard. She loved it and it was only $12!! What a steal! ---- Overall: on par with Ross, has a large selection of clothing items and home goods that are perfect for the whole family (including pets!)

I come here to 1) look for organizing stuff for the home 2) kids gifts. We all know Marshall's is a store full of random everything and people come digging at these stores making messes. This one is the most organized Marshall's I have ever walked in. All items were grouped together with like items (you often don't see that), less crowded and workers are actually working and making the inventory presentable. It was way easy to find things that I was looking for and found a lot of organizing containers that aren't cracked nor having missing pieces. I also found great finds for kids (xmas shopping early) because all the good stuff gets emptied out near holidays. I found scooters for kids for a very good price - these often go very fast and they actually did. Kid gift hunting made easy. Although I no longer have my dog, I see so many affordable dog items here that I buy and donate or give to homeless people with pets that I come across on the street. Worth a stop in to shop.
