Hoping there will be a sale or promo soon so I can come back and buy something. She had some amazing cashmere tops that I want. They also had lounge wear as well. Men and women's clothing. Also there was jewelry. The store is sleek, modern, and bright. The best part though - you have to meet her two frenchies! I think their names are Rye and Barley !! Those two furballs totally made my day (thank you for letting me take some photos with them to send to friends). I wish this boutique much success at One Paseo.

I was sweaty from a workout in leggings, so I even mentioned to the girl working that I would try it back on at home without my leggings on and make a decision. Unfortunately the item didn't work out after trying it at home although I wished it would and loved it. I went back in to return it today, and the lady working gaslighted me and acted like I was stupid for not knowing there was no return policy. Just store credit exchange. Super shitty policy honestly and the girl working the first night should've explicitly told me that for a $200 item I couldn't try on all the way in-store. Schemes and gross to do that to people. Wouldn't recommend only because of the crappy policy. Be sure you love your item because you'll be stuck like me if you aren't sure. Owner-- you should probably consider moving to at least a 7 day return policy before you piss more people off like myself. Definitely will not recommend this boutique to my friends as I had before. Here's the cherry on top: WOW! Went onto their website and here I read this: " What is your in store return policy? Full Priced Merchandise: All returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange or online store credit. Returns within 30 days will be accepted for store credit ONLY." So you didn't want to honor that for me when I bought this two days ago? Bullshit. You should probably update your website if you want to be gung-ho about no refunds.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many L/XL options they have, hard to find plus sized vintage. unfortunately I didn't feel welcome here at all & not sure i'd be back. there wasn't a ton in my size so maybe they felt I didn't belong, i'm not sure. I apologize if my sunglasses were off putting but I have light sensitivity- just got the feeling of being watched. I hope next time you can provide a kinder environment for plus sized persons :)

She made it a point to make eye contact with them and said "welcome in" with a smile to every single person -- .... But not me. I didn't receive a hello or a welcome or a smile, which wasn't a big deal to me at first, until I immediately became aware that every single other person received some kind of a warm, inviting hello who came in after me. She also always seemed to be watching me moreso than anyone else......which I thought was a bit odd as well Mind you, I am Half Mexican/Half Black and all the other girls/1 guy who walked in were all Asian or White, so I must assume my ethnicities are the reason I was initially ignored :( Regardless of the difference in treatment, I still purchased my items from the store, because I'm already inside and I like what I like, ya know? Usually I would walk out when I notice other people get treated different than me, but I decided to not let it bring me down this one time. BUT - did it hurt my feelings to visibly see how other people were treated in a way different than me. Of course, it really hurt my feelings to be honest. I believe everyone should feel welcomed into a shopping space - and from a business standpoint, everyone should be treated equally. While it might seem like a small thing, it represents a much larger value, which is the reason it's important for me to bring up. If I'm literally the only 1 out of 7 people who is treated a certain way, well that's a pretty obvious sign that something is wrong right there. It hurt and made me feel sad after I reflected back on the experience. *Overall, I was really excited for this place, so it's a shame I left feeling the way I did.
