Anthony sized up the sight and his mind started whirring--new products, old products, leveling, measuring, calculating, this could work, that won't. He suggested, he prodded, he dismissed and before he left we had a vision. He gave us three separate quotes and let us choose the one best for us. With his guidance we picked out stone, colors, landscaping materials. He, and we, could see in our minds a finished project. His heavy equipment arrived and was parked in our driveway. His crew was careful to make sure the bulky machinery never threatened bushes and grass. His crew worked each day, through 90+ degree temperatures and the progress was incremental but impressive. He has a staffer named Sergio who has the eye of an artist; the way he arranges and cuts and lays stone has some Donatello and Rodin elements to it. In less that two weeks, our backyard became a showcase. We were lucky, we have a contractor who has done a lot of work on our house. He recommended I contact Expert Well Pump and Tank. Nate returned my call right away and made time in his busy schedule to come to the house at the end of the day. it was a Friday evening. He is an extremely knowledgeable in his field, explained his assessment and recommendations very clearly and took care of our emergency in a couple of hours. I called their number and immediately spoke to Nate, the owner. We agreed to meet on Sunday morning to evaluate the issue. Nate met me as scheduled and proceeded to do a thorough evaluation of the issue. After determining that the well pump was bad (20+ years old) he pulled the old pump out - almost 600 feet deep - and also wound the pipe and cable. His in-depth knowledge, experience and communication skills really impressed me. He listed multiple options for me and I chose to replace the pump (obviously) as well as the pipe and cables since all components were 20+ years old. Nate came back on Monday and completed the install of the new components. His (and his team's) work ethic and attention to detail was really obvious and impressive. He is definitely a perfectionist which is reflected in the quality of his work. I also had him replace the pressure tank (again, 20+ years old) which was also having issues. He finished the job and all water pressure is back - better then I could remember since we had gradually been losing pressure for awhile. The cost was more than fair for the amount of work, labor and materials provided. I recommend Nate and Experts Well and Pump without hesitation. His customer service and quality of work was truly exceptional.
