I had my toilet to tank screws replaced by him. By the looks of the pic, you can see it wasn't repaired correctly. I called twice, left messages and texts with absolutely no response. He must choose to service certain customers well and not care about others. Beware this was a simple job for any plumber. I don't recommend him! read more

When I explained my hot water heater went out at a rental property I own and my tenants were without hot water, he squeezed in an appointment for me the next day. He showed up right on time, worked promptly and was very friendly. His price was significantly less than the other two quotes I received. They came to replace a water heater. They got here and starting moving things around and than they decided to charge us more money. We said no and they ran out of the house. A hour or so later we smell something burning. Come to find out they moved a heat lamp for a reptile on top of a speaker and nearly caused a fire in our basement... we messaged them to let them know what happened and he blamed us and said he takes no responsibility. I also found a dent in the wall that I know 100% was not there this morning. They also couldn't didn't the water valve. What kind of plumber can't find a water valve on the water heater??? Not professional at all. Seriously do not recommend. Terrible. read more

I reached out and left a voicemail. Tom replied that texting is the best way for him to communicate. The technician (not Tom) came a couple days later and addressed the issue with my slow-filling toilet by replacing the internal components and replacing the water valve. He was nice and efficient. However, the next day the flapper started to stick open after flushing (this had not happened before the repair). I texted Tom. He was unpleasant, said this was a separate issue not associated with the work they did, and I was trying to take advantage of him. The conversation went downhill from there. Suffice to say I will never use Tom the Plumber again based on his surly attitude and poor customer service. read more

We agree on date and no call or show! I reach out and he reschedules appointment then states he has to pass on the job. Because he usually only would take the job if he charged more! Really? Pressure relief valve was leaking a small amount of water from my water heater. Called Tom to see if he could come look at it. He was busy until the following Monday but I was going to be gone so he scheduled for Friday afternoon. Tom's brother Casey came out and said it was the Expansion tank and changed it. Since I am new to this house he also answered a lot of my questions about other plumbing issues I am having. Great guy. Price for changing the tank was much less than I thought it would be. I will definitely Call them for any other plumbing work I may have. read more

We were very pleased with the service provided by Tom the Plumber. Our water heater had gone out and we received his name from a friend who had used him in the past. It's always a little alarming to have a stranger in your home but Tom was very friendly and courteous. He showed up when he said he would (same day) and his price was also very reasonable. Did a nice job on tub install but was shocked that the demo wasn't fully cleaned up and the sheetrock wasn't cut in a somewhat straight line for the next person to start the next step of replacing drywall. Glad it's competed. read more

Had sump pump issues and he came in the evening. Claimed it was working and was not clear about changing the switch or his pricing. Seemed like he wanted to save me money But now seems like he was tired and not clear on best way to proceed. Paid prem rate. Pump failed again next day and no one available to help. Today Tom was supposed to install a sink for my mom at 8am. At 8:15 she called Tom and he got his times mixed up and thought it was at 10. Rudely he told her that he was in the middle of a bigger more important job and would be there at 10am. At 10:15 my mom called him with no answer. He never showed up and never called back. read more
