The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

The same thing happened today and then after 40 minutes of waiting I went back up there to check on the status and every single person ignored me and just walked past me. That was the last straw why would I give my money to people who are going to see me standing at the counter and ignore me and then lie to me each time I am up there. So, when I needed my BHRT replaced In December I authorized them a 1 x time charge, for 1 x times the BHRT Pellet fee, and that was it nothing else. Thinking that was the end of it until next time, boy was I wrong! (Keep in mind these only get implanted every 6 months or so.) However exactly 1 month later January 23 I get another charge for 3 x times the amount and this is supposed to be for an oral cheek dissolvable estrogen compound tablet that came out of nowhere, only arrives in the mail without warning of any kind with an invoice billing me again 3 times the amount of implantable that I received a month ago. My practitioner contacted this company, and then I also tried to contact this company and oddly the manager of the company would not even get on the phone with me. They sent a message to the accounting department back to her stating that "the accounts receivable lady can tell me they've already spoken to my provider and that was it nothing further they could do, and that my they couldn't accept the package back not because the content's had been opened or disturbed but because the PLASTIC FEDX package had been opened... We've found in the past that doctor offices sometimes blame the pharmacy whenever there are delays with refills. That doesn't happen with this pharmacy, because they let us know right away if they haven't heard back from a doctor's office. Their pharmacists and techs are very caring and friendly, and they remember us by name. We are not just another number. You can receive your Influenza/Pneumococcal vaccine quickly without an appointment. They compound Rx's not available at other pharmacies and their bathroom is sparkling. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in how his store looks and he sets a tone of friendliness that all of his employees show, as well. The pharmacist, Robert Dowden, takes the time to truly research and answer any questions you may have about alternative medications. When I was without health insurance, he made sure to have me sign up for a prescription card that was free that the pharmacy accepts and it lowered prices on every medication my family used. And finally, once when I was very sick and dropped off a Rx to be filled, they called to let me know it was ready and when I said I felt too sick right then to drive and would pick it up later, they offered to deliver it. I had used a 24 hour pharmacy in Denton previously and I thought about what would I do if I needed medicine for a child late at night? Well, if that happens, I could still go to the 24 hour pharmacy for that, but I would still get my regular Rx's at Greenbriar even if they were only open 1 day of the week.
