P.A. Kevin Hall was recommended by a coworker five years ago, and i have been seeing him ever since, except on occasions when he was out of the office and took an appointment with one of their other medical members. Cottonwood Medical has worked me into their schedule more than once. there have also been several occasions when i couldn't get in, but those occasions weren't emergencies. when it really mattered, they got me in.

Once the nurse practitioner and Doctor came in to check all areas. Only a couple of spots needed to be checked. I opted in to have a mole removed and tested. It wasn't too painful as they numb the area. After they give instructions and some ointment to put in the area. A couple days later they called for follow up. I expressed concern on the area was red and a bit itchy. They said they would ask the doctor and call back with a follow up. Whig never happened. The area is healing and a bit dark. Would've been 5 stars but no follow up after I complained of area concern.

She got me checked in quickly, and I read my book and waited. What I noticed as I was waiting was the calm and cool atmosphere. It was one of the staff members' birthdays, so there were tons of decorations and food. The staff seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. Eventually, I was taken back to a room by the medical assistant, Maria, who took her time to ask me questions, listen to my concerns, and take pictures. Quickly Nurse Practitioner Nohe Sebhatu comes in and warmly greets me. Like Maria, he listens to my concerns and checks everything out that I mention. He put the choices of the next steps in my hands, which felt so good. I am excited for my follow up in May.

I really like Dr. Arce-Lara and his staff is excellent, he is always pleasant and talks to you, not at you.... His staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. The reason for my visit was a therapeutic phlebotomy and while I had several at another Banner facility, they were always a little tough, I was told I am a "hard stick". The staff were always nice, just had trouble hitting the right spot to get blood. Not so here, the Phlebotomist that drew my blood was WONDERFUL! Hit it the first-time with little pain or discomfort and had me on my way in no time. I do recommend

Today he went to the clinic because he is so sick, needing his treatment and they told him they didn't believe him that he had been trying to call. He is going to have to go to the ER to get help now. This clinic used to be great...responsive and kind. I'm not sure what has happened but it has drastically gone down hill and they don't seem to give two shits about the patients well being.

I have a spinal fusion in my back from T1 to T9 and it feels really good to be massaged but it seems no one goes hard enough. Until I met Mayi, my back feels amazing. I originally asked about a breathing treatment and was told they no longer do them due to Covid. I asked about getting a nebulizer as I couldn't breathe deeply enough to use inhaler. (They know I have COPD) Nothing came of that, the medical assistant told me to go home and use Flonase the way she explained how to. She said I can give you more antibiotics if you want but your lungs are clear so they won't help. I said the doctor mentioned pneumonia last week so she said I can order an xray but that's the only way to know. I said I didn't want more antibiotics if not needed, I wanted to breathe. Again, go home and use the Flonase and she left! This was 8:15 in the morning, so not sure why she was so rude. I've always felt valued before in this office, but this was very unprofessional!

I was left standing for an extended period during check-in and was double charged. The entire interaction felt like a power trip rather than patient care. If you need urgent care, I recommend driving to Chandler instead. To be fair, once I was seen, I received good medical care from the providers. The medical staff were professional and did their jobs well; the front desk experience was the sole issue.

I could barely walk and was super dizzy and I was offered a wheelchair and an arm to hold onto as I made my way from the waiting room to the back to be further checked out. From that area I went to another area where I was seen by a wonderful PA that throughly checked things out. I was listened to, not dismissed, and was provided with pain medication that helped, but not enough. They listened to this as well and helped me. I felt validated and comfortable, which I didn't think I would be in this situation. I was not expecting this based on previous experience and history. I pray that I never have to come back to the ER. And for anyone reading this I pray you never will have to use their services, but if you do this is a good place to go. All of the staff are amazing. I've never had a great experience using emergency services, so I can honestly say this is a first great experience. Big kiddos to Banner Casa Grande ER!

No antibiotics. No pain management. Told to drink water. What sealed this one star: while alone in Room 4 I could clearly hear staff loudly discussing my private health information in the hallway. Patients in every adjacent room heard everything. This is a HIPAA violation -- I've filed formal complaints with HHS Office for Civil Rights and the Arizona Department of Health Services, and contacted legal counsel. $340 for nothing. Went to Banner ER that same night. If you need real care, go elsewhere.

Only one appointment ahead of us. We weren't even taken back for vitals and to a room until 5:12pm, it took 2 minutes to look in her ear and confirm, and only several minutes to receive discharge paperwork. All in all we were there from 3:50pm-5:20pm. So frustrating .
