Odd they couldn't have sent an email earlier. I went for the appointment on Jun 12, 2025 that was confirmed by email last week and was told that it was yesterday. They had the wrong phone number for me; my number has not changed since Jun, 2015. My wife received a phone call this morning reminding her of an appointment at 10:45; neither of us had that on our calendar so we had another appointment scheduled at 10:00. The remote receptionist can barely speak English, not a good way to reduce overhead and certainly not able to accommodate people with vision or hearing issues as required by Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). My wife has been unable to drive for three years due to neuro issues; the staff at Banner Brain and Spine identified her problem and scheduled minor surgery for her. It is worth the drive to Gilbert for better quality care.

When I went to my July visit, I was told twice during my visit, both by the tech who took my vitals, and Karen the NP that I would be seeing Dr. Pandey. I did not get to see him. Why did I wait a month to get in then?! There is no live body when you check in, it's on a screen. That is NOT professional at all! Yet the last 2 times we have been in the waiting room, the girls in the back- near the front desk are chit chatting with a woman who is standing in the office door. They do not answer their phone. I have sent numerous text messages and messages via their "portal". I was told I needed to give Karen the NP "time". I have give her 2 weeks and have yet to hear a response. I have never been to a medical office that is so cold, uninviting and non welcoming.

Did several days of researching and found one, Khan, MD! He was so patient and thorough, let me state my concerns, my history etc. He Listened! Just prior to my going to him I was having seizures, He did a 5 hour workup, and noticed some irregularities in some of my results! While being under Dr care in Phoenix I got no answer to the seizures! Dr. Kahn is now communicating with my cardiologist in Scottsdale regarding my results. He has left no stone unturned and He Listens! So soft spoken, and so very thorough. Just try him, he is so caring! Cookie

He's sitting there with a recorder. I had a question regarding a diagnosis. He immediately stopped me. Annoyed with the fact that I was interrupting his recording. He then told me that I would get paperwork of everything that I was being told. I did not. There were several things that I was told that were not listed on the paperwork I received. I needed this for short-term disability. I was on short-term disability due to a stroke. Then come to find out there's other issues I had as well. He listed only one issue that was discussed and my paperwork. Therefore, short-term disability could not release my check. My appointment was on June 2nd. I have yet to receive anything, and my checks are still being held!! Dr Khan's office won't even forward anything to my primary care doctor. The claimed they did. My primary care doctor has yet to receive anything. Someone in medical records was supposed to give me a call back. I never received a call. Also, my paperwork stated that I received a sample medication. I did Not.

I learned something new. I went in with a break and 2 months later was told it was worse than when I broke it. At that point I got three second opinions... I was told by all three, that I should have immediately been refereed to an Orthopedic Surgeon. NO!! Dr. Kelly had 'treated' it and what a mistake and disaster that was. I will not go into further details regarding my 'treatment' but suffice to say I ended up with, where I should have originally been sent to... An Orthopedic Doctor. As for Dr. Kelly, personally, he comes across very nice, but has very poor communication skills and DOES NOT LISTEN to what his patients say. He accused me of not following his 'treatment' and claimed that was why the foot was worse. Taking no responsibility that I should have seen an Orthopedic to start with. He finally brought me to tears out of sheer frustration of not listening to me tell him I did everything EXACTLY as he said to do for the two months and being told the foot is worse. Can you imagine? Then he had the disrespect to actually ask me if I was suicidal and suggest I go to a Psychiatrist and get on medication. No, I was not suicidal and do not need medication WTF. I'm Mad and need a working foot!! As for other people who have posted reviews, I 100% Agree... I have Never in my entire life (I'm OLD), encountered such a rude, disrespectful, horrible and downright TERRIBLE human being in the Medical industry, as the Bit*h at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and WALK away, even if you have to crawl on a bloody stump of a foot and do not let these people touch your foot or in to your life.
