I've been seen here for 2 years. Met the dr once and all follow ups have been with Simon Parkinson…read more I really did like Mr Parkinson. However the office is a mess. What transpired to give the one review is as follows. All but one appt has been teleheath appt. And the very first appt was in person on a Friday afternoon due to work schedule. When I went to make another appointment I was told no longer making telehealth appt "due to insurance". When stating I can not get off work "office manger" became VERY RUDE. Rude to the point where she said and I quote. If you don't like it then you can go find some place else to be seen. I'll even fax your records wherever you want them sent. In my 50 years on this earth I have never been kicked out of a doctors office. Never. I didn't know what to say. I don't think the world revolves around me. In fact I k ow it doesn't. But what I do know is that I make appts when I'm off work. I do telehealth when I have to schedule during the week. That's with all my specialist and non specialists. Even school conferences have been by phone when we couldn't make it in person due to scheduling. But we have never been kicked out of a doctors office. Nor has anyone been kicked out of the one I work for. The disrespect that was shown by the "office manger" was horrible. Unhuman and unkind. But Mr Parkinson. This does not reflect you. You always tried to help me and appreciate that.

Odd they couldn't have sent an email earlier. I went for the appointment on Jun 12, 2025 that was confirmed by email last week and was told that it was yesterday. They had the wrong phone number for me; my number has not changed since Jun, 2015. My wife received a phone call this morning reminding her of an appointment at 10:45; neither of us had that on our calendar so we had another appointment scheduled at 10:00. The remote receptionist can barely speak English, not a good way to reduce overhead and certainly not able to accommodate people with vision or hearing issues as required by Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). My wife has been unable to drive for three years due to neuro issues; the staff at Banner Brain and Spine identified her problem and scheduled minor surgery for her. It is worth the drive to Gilbert for better quality care.

I learned something new. I went in with a break and 2 months later was told it was worse than when I broke it. At that point I got three second opinions... I was told by all three, that I should have immediately been refereed to an Orthopedic Surgeon. NO!! Dr. Kelly had 'treated' it and what a mistake and disaster that was. I will not go into further details regarding my 'treatment' but suffice to say I ended up with, where I should have originally been sent to... An Orthopedic Doctor. As for Dr. Kelly, personally, he comes across very nice, but has very poor communication skills and DOES NOT LISTEN to what his patients say. He accused me of not following his 'treatment' and claimed that was why the foot was worse. Taking no responsibility that I should have seen an Orthopedic to start with. He finally brought me to tears out of sheer frustration of not listening to me tell him I did everything EXACTLY as he said to do for the two months and being told the foot is worse. Can you imagine? Then he had the disrespect to actually ask me if I was suicidal and suggest I go to a Psychiatrist and get on medication. No, I was not suicidal and do not need medication WTF. I'm Mad and need a working foot!! As for other people who have posted reviews, I 100% Agree... I have Never in my entire life (I'm OLD), encountered such a rude, disrespectful, horrible and downright TERRIBLE human being in the Medical industry, as the Bit*h at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and WALK away, even if you have to crawl on a bloody stump of a foot and do not let these people touch your foot or in to your life.
