I'm not sure where to even begin with how terrible of an experience this shop was. My car was rear ended and the other persons insurance said this was one of their vetted shops so I brought it to Tomlinson. They said to bring in my car the next Monday as that's when the parts they ordered would arrive. Between that time and the next Monday my car began to have overheating issues which I thought could have been caused by the crash, because of that I told them I would need a tow. They said they could tow it that Monday, but did not get it until that Wednesday. Regardless of that, a month goes by when this was originally supposed to take a couple weeks max. I didn't receive any updates from the shop so I called to ask when it would be finished, they gave me a date and on that date I called to ask if it was done. Each time I called they would move the date back along with telling me they would give me status updates as it was being repaired. I never once received a call from Tomlinson getting an update. I was given at least 4-5 dates when it was supposed to be done and it was not done on any of those dates. The car was brought it in the middle of August and I did not get it until the end of October. The day I got my car they told me they had taken it to a mechanic and that it shouldn't have any overheating issues. I drove my car away and within 5 minutes it began to overheat. They also left the driver side door interior covered in dirt, picture included. The one good thing I have to say about Tomlinson is that the repair did look good as new. However due to the terrible communication, the repair time taking weeks longer than I was told, and the interior being left in the state it was, I would not recommended this shop to anyone. read more

With all the supply and demand issues I was expecting it to take longer. I brought my jeep in after I was rear ended heading up to Brighton on the 23rd. I stopped in on 27th so they could assess the damage and they told me that the muffler was hitting my tire and I couldn't drive it, they called enterprise car rental and had someone come pick me up and get me setup with a rental. I received a call on the 14th right before closing saying they had my car ready and they'll be open on Monday to pickup. My jeep looked exactly like it did before the accident and he said I was all set, nothing else was required on my end. Super easy and painless process. Best of all that my parts actually arrived months before they estimated. read more

IMPORTANT UPDATE: below you will find a review that accurately represents my emotions and thoughts about our interactions with this company during our dealings with them. My issue was with the poor communication and terrible customer experience. Since then, I have been reached out to and it sounds like the employees and concerns at the center of the issue have been addressed. I also want to add that the BODY WORK was wonderful. Unlike the other 2 reviews on here, we experienced excellent work on our car that is still excellent today, 9 months later. My beef was with the communication and lack of professionalism, but, as those have been dealt with, I am happy to recommend this company. First Review: 1 Star; Today is August 19. My husband and I were in a car accident in early-July and our insurance agency sent us here. I stayed home from work in the morning after the accident to wait for their tow truck to come at 8:30am as scheduled. They showed up at 10:30 after 2 pestering phone calls from us around 9 and again at 9:50. Once they received the car and provided a 10-14 day estimate for repairs, awesome! 2 weeks! Totally doable. Right at the end of those 2 weeks, I was feeling off about something so I called their office to ask about the progress on the car and talked to a very unaware employee who was extremely unhelpful. I contacted our insurance agent who contacted them to give them a piece of his mind and set things straight. On that call they admitted they had confused the car with another car and said the car would be done the next week. Also fine, we could make 1 car work for a couple more days. So they said we could pick it up the next Monday (today) at 8am. That then turned into a worker named Cam telling me I could pick it up this afternoon right after the shop closed (5-5:15). So I showed up at 5:05. So here I sit, at 5:40, at the shop, no car, no Cam. I walked back into the garage and ran into a mechanic who asked what I needed. I told him I was told I could pick up my car at 5... he explained that Cam wasn't there and that he couldn't help me. Eventually, four other employees pulled into the shop. I asked them where Cam was and they explained that he took the car to get aligned at 4 and when he was headed back he noticed the car pulled to the right again so he turned around and took it back to the alignment shop... awesome! Yes! Please fix my car! But please just call me and give me a heads up. During this entire month and a half ordeal, the only time either of us received communication was when we called this company. After talking to my insurance agent to see if Cam had contacted him, I learned that on Wednesday of LAST week, the shop told him the car was already done... The employees then told us to try again to pick up the car tomorrow morning. In Summary: I currently do not recommend you come here. The work done was great, but the customer experience was dreadful during an already stressful time (ya know, being in a highway car accident and all). read more

They seem to do a good job at first... and then we have to go back again and again to fix what they didn't do correctly. I'm giving two stars instead of one because at least the nice lady at the front desk sees the problems when we bring the car back in. One time she even caught mistakes we didn't see when we had her look over our car after a repair, before we were going to drive it away. Everything we have gotten done -- back bumper and passenger door -- has had problems resurface in as little as a few days after it was passed off at Tomlinson's. Our window will always make a noise when we roll it up and our bumper will pop out because they didn't use enough clips (Prius parts) to hold it up. We will keep going back, because we paid them to make it right, but it's just such a bother. Go somewhere else. read more

My insurance company suggested them. Overspray in wheel well. Drips in paint. Dust all over the interior. We took it back in. They had it another day to "detail" it. Went back to get it when done. Did not wash exterior. Did not vacuum interior... Nice detailing... Not. Called owner to voice my frustration. He said to bring it back in... Why bother. The same lazy detail guy will still be there. I'll pay my 10 year old 5 bucks and get a better result. read more

I had horrible and severe damage done to my car. From front to back, side to side. I had to say I was worried about getting my car fixed here because if the reviews but this place is what my family, friends and insurance company recommended. And I was not disappointed!! They did an amazing job. My car was SPARKING NEW when they were done. Not a thing wrong with it. I would definitely bring it back to them!! These guys were amazing. And they got it done fast too. Took my car in Monday morning, was called Tuesday afternoon to come pick it up. Not only did they fix my bumper, but they vacuumed my car and washed the exterior. My car looks great! I have state farm and they worked perfectly with the insurance. No hiccups or issues. Will definitely be using Tomlinson for all my car's repairs. read more

Horrible service from them all around. Said it would be fixed in a few days when we brought the car in..took several weeks. We had to keep calling back to find out when it would be done and they changed the date 5 different times. They never called us to let us know it wouldnt be done on the days they said it would be, we had to call them every time and they kept pushing it back. When we did finally get the car back there was a hair underneath the clear coat of paint near the handle. Also on the driver side rear door there is a clear sticker/decal near the bottom that I think protects the paint from rocks etc. The decal has multiple air bubbles in it and looks terrible now. When we called to complain about this they said the bubbles would go away eventually..they haven't. I would absolutely never come back here under any circumstance. Its probably not even worth it to have them fix their mistakes because I probably wouldnt get my car back for another 2 weeks since they are so slow. read more
