Lindsay is rude, unwelcoming, and incredibly pushy. She gets visibly annoyed if customers don't purchase something, and creates an uncomfortable shopping environment. What's most upsetting is the way she treats the employees. It's truly disgusting. Most of them are high school or college-aged girls just working summer jobs, and Lindsay constantly criticizes them and seems to look for reasons to scold them. Every time I've been in the store when she's working, I end up leaving early because I can't stand to watch the way she speaks to both customers and staff. It's heartbreaking to see such a warm, friendly place turn into a toxic space. I've always had great interactions with the employees, many of whom go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I really hope Susan takes a closer look at what's happening because Lindsay is ruining the atmosphere of what used to be a wonderful local boutique. But the shop has many lovely clothes, suitable for a party, a concert or the theater. So I went to Mariel, and they set me up in a dressing room and kept bringing clothes, many of which I bought.
