In love with my boots! These are my first pair of Tecovas and they are amazing! My fiancé took me here to buy me a pair of new boots for our wedding. He has bought several pairs of Tecovas and knew I'd like them too! I bought the Annie in cafe brown which is goat leather and they are beautiful! I got a size 7.5, in typically and 8 but the 8 felt too big and my foot was moving too much. The 7.5 felt great and will be once they stretch a little. Very glad I tried them on. The customer service here is amazing too! They all work together to make sure no one is left out and being helped. We were greeted immediately and offered water while we shopped, a very nice experience. I would buy from them again! read more

LOOOVED this store and the staff working! We came here so my husband could purchase his (first pair!) of cowboy boots for a wedding we were attending in Steamboat. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The store was so pretty with the boots lining the walls, cowboy hats, denim, and more! I've come in to see Jack a number of times for a variety of boots. My off-sizing makes things tricky but he's done a phenomenal job of fitting me and finding options within a reasonable price range. I've done boot barn, Lucchese, and everything in between - these are just boots that I can trust will be comfortable, durable, and give a cleaned-up look. I'd recommend stopping by if you're even considering boots. Ask for Jack, Memo, or Kellen's expertise although I've never had a bad experience with anyone else who's been there, so anyone will be good. read more

Though we love the product, our experiences at this particular location have been remarkably upsetting. For the first time I wrote to a retailers' email - hoping they will see it. See below the detailed email I sent them regarding our experience. __________________________ Dear Tecovas Customer Experience Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding repeated negative experiences at your Cherry Creek store in Denver, CO, the most recent of which occurred on Monday, May 5th, 2025. I have attached a copy of my purchase receipt for reference. Every visit my family and I have made to this particular location has been marked by a noticeable lack of attentiveness and a sense that we were not welcome. On our latest visit, we were once again met with indifference from staff, and what we perceived to be racial profiling. Other customers in the store were receiving attentive service, being approached by staff and offered assistance, while we were left waiting and had to seek out help ourselves. When I finally asked to try on the Nolan boots, I was met with an attitude of annoyance. Upon asking to try the same model in a Wide size, the staff member seemed increasingly bothered. I then requested to see the Cartwright boots instead--though they weren't my preferred choice, I ended up purchasing them simply because I needed boots for an upcoming event and wanted to conclude the visit. After completing my purchase, I respectfully mentioned our disappointment in the level of service we received--especially considering it has been a recurring issue. Unfortunately, this was met with an eye roll and a curt "Okay, thanks" from the same staff member, a tall blonde woman whose name we did not catch. This reaction made us feel mocked and belittled, and it solidified our sense of exclusion. What saddens us most is that it took visiting a Tecovas store OUTSIDE of our home state--specifically, your Houston location during the rodeo season--to finally experience what we hope is the true spirit and standard of the Tecovas brand. Despite how busy the store was, the staff there were warm, attentive, and welcoming. We were even offered a complimentary beverage--something we never knew was standard until that visit. After several visits to the Cherry Creek store, we were never once offered a drink or treated with the same level of hospitality. It's particularly disheartening to see that many of the negative reviews about the Cherry Creek location echo similar concerns regarding customer service. This pattern suggests a systemic issue that deserves closer attention. We chose to write directly to you not out of anger, but in hopes that our feedback will prompt meaningful reflection and change. We love the quality and style of Tecovas products, and we want to continue supporting your brand--but the in-store experience should reflect the same level of excellence. When I walked into the store the young man who greeted me-with a friendly smile-asked a few questions then steered me the direction I needed to go. There was a good selection of ladies' Western boots and I knew it would take me awhile to consider all the choices! He didn't hover but kept an eye on me, and when I was close to making a decision which pair of Tecovas boots I was going to buy, he explained the difference, differences and compared the good -or better- points regarding each pair. I have a tendency to be in a dither when trying to decide about a purchase, but he made the whole search pleasant and his product knowledge made the whole experience much easier than I expected.
