Nice selection. Store set up nice and salesperson was very helpful. There were lots of options to choose from.

I had to return something I ordered online. I stopped by this location to do so. Store was empty, an employee greeted me quickly. I explained I had to return a pair of shoes (still in original packing, receipt with, I didn't even try them on etc.) She took them and went into and back and didn't understand how to process the return so she called her manager who looked so annoyed to do the return (she was on Instagram so I guess I interrupted her scrolling). It was so awkward-- I was just standing in the middle of the store and they kept going back and forth past me not saying anything until they could figure out how to compete my return. Also, the selection here isn't that great. Overall, wouldn't be back; I'll stick to shopping online. read more

Excellent service here. Walked in here and was immediately greeted with warm smiles and an upbeat atmosphere. There were others around and it seemed as if everyone was being helped pretty equally. Prompt and courteous service with decent quality and a price that I felt was fair. Packaging overall of the items were well presented and there are various accessories available to help you pair items together to make it even better. I was never once however tried to be upsold on things such as these, which I appreciated. Will return. read more

Snooty, Snobby, and Potentially Racist!!!!! I have loved Tory Burch for years, and have several handbags and shoes from the stores/online. This is why I was extremely disappointed in my experience upon visiting your Oakbrook, Illinois store on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. I ordered a pair of shoes online a couple and upon receiving them, I didn't like them as much in person, so I stopped at the Oakbrook store during my lunch break to return them. As soon as I opened the door to the store, the two ladies stood there with a look of disgust and asked if they could help me. Let me preference this by saying, it wasn't what they said, it was HOW they spoke to me and looked at me. I told them I had a return and proceeded to pull the shoes (still in the box) from a bag I had gotten from work, just to have something to carry them in. They both stood over me as I pulled out the receipt. The one woman says in a nasty tone, "well you bought this via paypal and we can't give you a refund, we can only send it back". I said, "well can I buy something else?" She says, "yes, but only of higher price". Again, the TONE is what was off-putting to me. I said, that's fine, no problem! So I asked to see backpacks. They brought out 4 different backpacks and sat them down in front of me. I said, "well can you let me know the difference in price". They said, "oh, there are no tags on them". So, I pulled out my phone and said, "well I guess I have to look up the price myself!" Then the one girl says, "oh, I can look it up for you". WHY COULDN'T SHE DO THAT AT FIRST? Anyway, my point here is that I felt extremely uncomfortable in this store. I felt like I didn't belong from the moment I walked in. I was treated as if I wasn't supposed to be there. They never said it, but their tone and body language said otherwise. I am NEVER one to pull out the race card, but as an African American woman, I can't help but wonder if this had anything to do with my race. Would they have treated another nationality this way? Or did I not look like I could afford Tory Burch? Even though I carried a Louis Vuitton bag into the store, which the one lady noticed and seemed to change her demeanor a little bit once she saw it. Nevertheless, I NEVER want to step foot in that store again. I have never received such treatment, nor have I ever felt like that shopping in any store, let alone Tory Burch. My money should be just as good as anyone else's, and these women need to learn how to treat people a little more welcoming. Especially those that don't look exactly like them. read more

I wish I had the same experience everyone else had coming to this location. Every other Tory Burch item I've purchased was online or at a department store location. After looking at a purse online, I decided to stop by the store to see it before I purchased it. When I walked in no one was there, I looked around on my own for a few mins before I was approached by a sales associate (according to my receipt her name was Megan) I told her I was looking for the Jessica Satchel, she responded by asking me if I was lost. I have no idea why she asked that and even if I was why wouldn't she ask if she could help me? I am African American and sincerely hope that had nothing to do with why she thought I was lost in a designer store. Overall the experience was very uncomfortable, they keep a client list that I was added to and shortly after my visit I received a survey in which I expressed my concerns and received a call/voice message from a manager. Although I absolutely love the purse I bought, I will stick to online purchases from now on. read more

Service is amazing here. This story provides an exceptional in store customer experience! For those who may be scared to go in because of fear of it being too "upity" or snotty, don't worry,come in and look at the goodies! They can be busy and you may have to wait a minute or two to catch someones attention on a weekend afternoon, but once you do the service is top notch, without being overbearing or pressuring you. I swear I took an hour to decide on two pairs of shoes and never felt rushed. The sales associates were very friendly and fun to chat with and very helpful in finding the right product for me. Offered to help me track down items and put notes in my profile about items I was looking for and would call me when/if they came in. Just what you would expect from a luxury brand. All the sales people are great and on point, but specifically Aaron there is amazing! I'm usually an on-line shopper in general but the in store experience here is so wonderful it's worth going in for! read more

Wonderful customer service. Great selection at this location, they even carry the cosmetics. The Rosemont locations doesn't, and you never get good customer service at the Rosemont location either. I will drive further to go to this location. They even offer you a bottle of water, pop, or even a corona! read more

My sister and I were visiting from St. Louis for a family reunion. We specifically went to Oakbrook because it was close to our hotel, (walking distance) my sister went with the intention to buy several pairs of sandals and a purse. We walked in, there were 2 women working, our presence was not acknowledged once while in the store. One associate was at the front of the store assisting a customer at the counter, the associate that was assisting someone with shoes crossed paths with my sister and I And still never even made eye contact. It was not appreciated, also can't help but to think it was because we are young, non white women, or they were just plain rude. read more

Her designs are pricey and sometimes it seems that $75+ for a credit card holder, at least $200 for a simple skirt, $400+ for a leather tote, around $125 for a pair of leather flip flops...it all becomes fatefully amusing. Yet, when looking for a nice gift that lasts the test of time, and will become that keepsake present the receiver keeps forever, this Tory Burch store is the place to go. I didn't know what to get my friend for her first job as an associate attorney. I wanted to buy something nice, but I didn't want to faint when seeing my credit card statement. For just under $100, the very helpful staff at TB helped me select a cosmetic bag for my friends future travel holidays and business trips. This is a gift my friend will remember for many, many years; it's not something she would buy herself, and it's so much more special than an impersonal gift card from Macy's, Starbucks, Amazon.com, etc. read more

I am a huge Tory Burch fan! Her designs are simple, yet unique. I usually shop at one of the center's department store, but this time, I decided to pay this cute store a visit. Amazing customer service! I saw Tory's new Block-t large tote online, and I couldn't wait to get it! I called this store and asked for it in black. They had just received the sunset color, but were expecting a shipment. They took down my information and advised they would call once they've received it. I stopped by days later, since I was visiting the center. The store is tiny, but it is so cute! Everything looks beautiful, and so well organized. Wanda, an amazing employee, greeted me in such a kind manner. I asked for the tote in black and she took me to it. As I was looking at this beautiful piece, another employee asked if I had called days prior. I accidentally missed their call, otherwise I would've been carrying this beauty sooner. They placed the tote on hold for me either way, and for that and their amazing personalities, they deserve 5 stars!! I love my new bag! And I will definitely come here to purchase my Tory's!!!!!!! Terrible customer service. Went to the Oakbrook store to exchange an online purchase after we were assured there would be no issues. Dragged all 3 kids there on a Saturday night (we live 20 minutes away) and woman at the store denied me, suggesting the bag had been used, which was ridiculous. Bag was in perfect condition with receipt and original packaging but was missing the price tag because IT WAS A GIFT. Spent 15 minutes waiting around with 3 kids in tow while she called the online customer service agent to figure out what to do, and now she says she can't make exchange for me in the store - that we need to ship the bag back and make the exchange the same way we bought it - online. Terribly inefficient and complete waste of my Saturday evening. Apparently at Tory Burch, the customer isn't alway right. Needless to say, next time I'll be taking my business next door to Louis Vuitton or Burberry. read more

I walked in the Oak Brook location on Friday 7/8/2016, with hope that this location had the purse I wanted to buy. They did, but not one person who was working that afternoon even acknowledged that I walked in the door. I couldn't even get a "hello". I wasn't dressed like a slob or looked shady. I left without buying the purse and I'll never return to the Oak Brook location. read more
