Would give zero starts if I could. Avoid this outlet at all costs. My review is similar to those posted by others, especially the other 2024 review. If I could give negative scores, I would also. The people working in the store have a big attitude problem - they should be happy we are spending money at their outlet store. They wouldn't have a job otherwise. Just like the other 2024 review, we were also Asian, and I also noticed a hint of RACISM towards us. A Hilfiger worker was constantly standing outside the change room, like I was going to steal clothes somehow. Not only that, but they keep rudely pestering us about a 3 or 4 clothes limit, by the way there were many fitting rooms open so it wasn't an issue of too few fitting rooms being available. Oddly, the rule seemed to constantly be directed towards us. Also, this rule is makes no sense. If you as a store want to MAKE money you should want your customers to try out as many clothes as possible. Things would get worse however, when we would try to cash out. Firstly, when trying to return clothes from another store and replacing it with the SAME clothes at this store, we were being denied the discount of 20% - which was very EASILY applied at the other store. Here, only after 20 steps of verification that we were part of the hilfiger club, were we given a 15% discount - this was much easier at the other store. Not only that, but the rude cashier threw out the previous receipt that included discounts at Calvin Klein. Then the manager would come and say that they will "fire" the people giving discounts at the other store LOL. Sure bud, a failed manager that can't even properly manage your own store properly - is going to get people at other stores fired. Instead of apologizing and offering a competitive discount to the other store, they try to intimidate and "fire" the competition, shows the looser mentality of the manager. They were about to loose out on $200 of sales, as I had already thrown out all the clothes on the shelf behind. But, I decided to buy the clothes as I had already wasted my time trying the clothes. My problem is not with the clothes, but with the customer service at this branch and the lack of competition, which is why I bought the clothes. I will, however, not be returning or spending a penny at this branch ever again, I hope management there gets fired. They have lost a lifetime of customers and potential sales ranging all the way up to the mid hundreds from me! read more

If I could give negative scores I would. I'm basically going to complain about whatever other people have complained about here on Yelp. The people working in the stores hold the worst attitudes I've ever seen. We were trying to select clothes, and one of the clerks interrupted us RUDELY and started organizing the clothes and putted what we wanted to buy back to the piles. For the record, we were Asians, and he only treated us like that. It's fair to say that was quite a RACIST move. I later found that he was even the manager in that store. Later on when we were providing him feedback he wasn't even willing to apologize to us. When we were trying to buy the Poloshirts, the lady at the counter also gave us FALSE INFORMATION about the prices for the clothes. We found out about that after our purchase. The manager was also giving us a PASSIVELY AGGRESSIVE attitude that it was our fault that we didn't understand the price. We returned all the shirts we purchased. Don't get me wrong, Tommy is a great brand with good designers, BUT, the clerks in the store were obviously RACIST, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want to buy things from Tommy, go to another location instead of this one. read more

Tommy is one of my favorite stores because they sell high quality clothing. I was recently gifted a sweater and it ripped just by handling it from one house to another. I went out to the store for an exchange and the supervisor refused to exchange and was convinced we wanted a return after saying "exchange" multiple times. She was really rude, so we asked to speak to the manager. The supervisor then told us to leave and come back in 2 hours when the manager will return. We decided to stay, and the manager arrived in about 5 minutes - leaving the supervisor to run to the back. We spoke with the manager and came to an understanding on an exchange. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went on Monday to return some items I ordered online, and bought some new clothes in store, which were all fine. Went back next day to return couple clothes that I bought the previous day cause it didnt fit the style I wanted. Store manager says system is down so only exchanges can be made. How can you buy and exchange clothes but only return system is down? Especially weird since I made a return the day before. Made no sense. Called corporate to file a complaint. Corporate tells me I cannot return items to warehouse since i did not buy online. But I just returned an item i bought online to the store the day before? None of their logic makes sense. I called the one in Boyd and one in Lorton and they said their system is up and could accept returns. This store is just outright fraudulent. Corporate won't let me file a complaint since it's technically not a problem they have caused. Its a huge problem when a customer is being put on the end of the stick for mismanagement. read more

I would like to give 0 stars for this store in Leesburg. I was trying clothes in the fitting room and nobody was there to assist clients, then the lady that works there said rudely that I could only try 3 pieces. So when I was trying clothes in the fitting room with my door closed, the manager (a Man) opened the door, he almost saw me with No clothes on! And didn't even say sorry, he only said that the fitting rooms were not supposed to be used. But there was no sign and the lady let me go in earlier. I went to talk to him to say that he couldn't open the door like that and, but he was Sooo rude! Worst customer service! Terrible! That can't happen read more

Nice store with good prices but damn they are understaffed. yesterday saw 22 people in line with only two out of 6 registers open. And both those two were taking their sweet ass time. read more

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I was shopping in the outlets today with my sister. She went into a fitting room to try a skirt on. It was too big so she texted me to get a smaller size for her. There was no one designated to be monitoring the fitting rooms. Seeing how this was the case, the customer service was very poor and no one went to check on her. I walked back and stepped into the fitting room with her while she tried it on. There were maybe 4 other customers in the store the same time as us. After about 3 minutes, the manager named Meeryam came back and rudely knocked on the door asking, "Are there two people in here?!" We answered, "Yes, so sorry. Just exchanged a size and we are coming out now." We open the door and she says, "There only needs to be one person in there at a time." She was incredibly rude. She was treating us as if we were about to steal something. I don't know that would be possible seeing how we didn't even bring bags/purses with us to the store. Too bad Meeryam didn't check us out so my sister could use her Amex to unnecessarily prove to rude Meeryam that we can afford to buy a $40 skirt...horrible customer service. The young guy that checked us out at the register was very nice and helpful though! Overall, if the manager has a poor attitude, puts a bad taste in a customer's mouth about the store as a whole. read more
