Garlic parm came with an unexpected amount of black pepper, but flavorful and a *great* size for nibbling. Crispy outside and fluffy inside. A treat! The tenders are two stars because of serious over-breading. Far more crust than chicken. Sweet chili sauce satisfyingly hot and flavorful. At $10 for an order, that's $2.50 per tender: overpriced for what you get. No complaints here about garlic tots price, nor about ordering process. It takes a while, but they're up front about how it works. We waited maybe 20 minutes for this small order, but it was a busy Saturday at the dive-y Saloon, and our order was hot and fresh when ready. Life-changing wings!! We have been wanting to try TWW for awhile but it's a bummer we live about 45 minutes away. We got lucky and found ourselves in town and decided to stop by for dinner. And WOW! Wings are cooked perfectly and the lollipop cuts allow for easy eating. Sauce flavor was perfect. Wings were crunchy and super flavorful. I'd recommend ordering two dipping sauces per person. We got 10 wings each so for a total of 20. I don't recommend ordering before you arrive there through their app you have to order from the app anyways. Remember to order the celery and garnishes, which are à la carte. Yay, first review. Too bad it's not a great review that it could have been. We are occasional visitors of Barton Creek Saloon and we asked the bartender about the chicken wing/tender trailer in their parking lot. The bartender said he thought they were the best tenders he's ever had. Great recommendation, right? So I walk up the trailer to order and the guy running the place said I needed to order using the QR code (shown on the trailer/part of the menu). I explained to him that I scanned it with my phone and it came up to a 'broken' web page that didn't let me see anything so I couldn't order via phone. I also told him my partner's phone did the same thing, both phones having a good internet connection. His reply incinuited there must be something wrong with our phones because he's been getting orders. So at this point I'm waiting for him to say, "no problem, let me take your order" but he doesn't, he just continues to look at me like, "why is he still here?". So I tell him, well since I can't use either of our phones, I guess I can't order then, still expecting he'd manually take my order (he didn't). So I left. Shortly after my partner went outside of the bar to show him the screen that comes up when you use the QR code. He was unmoved and didn't 'recognize' that screen with ads (this is *their* landing page for the QR code!). So I walked next door and PTerry's took my order the old fashioned way. This was very poor customer service and came off to us as being arrogant. If their business model is to only accept orders by QR code, well, I don't understand that when you have someone perfectly able to take your order from someone who is standing at your window wanting to give you money. To automatically imply something must be wrong with our phones (both phones, really?), and still, to not offer to take our order? My favorite flavors have been sweet chili (not super spicy) and spicy pineapple (a little spicier than sweet chili but not on fire). I get reflux if things are too spicy and these are perfect.
