I called this company out to look at my washer it was having a small issue they came charged me coming out fee on top of the repair fee which was over $300. Never fixed the issue after the 1st visit they completely broke my washer giving it issues it never had. They kept sending the same repair guy out and it still was not fixed, by the 4th visit I demanded a refund the supervisor then said he'll come out which he did said he found the issue he would go get the part the next day comes he calls and gives me the most bogus story about having to order the part so instead he will just go head and issue the refund but guess what it's a over month later no refund I have a busted washer I only had for 2yrs by the way. The supervisor isn't returning my calls. And I have to go out a buy a washer because this company completely destroyed my washer. I would never recommend this company!! By the way this has been going on since January/march it's now may smdh!!! We have a double oven that has had some issues with the concealed heating element going out. We used to have a home warranty and had utilized this service for a previous repair. The whole process was a nightmare which took months. We had since dropped our membership with the warranty company. The heating element went out again, prompting us to search for another repair company. We had another tech give us an estimate and was not happy due to the part being backlogged. Finally we're we're referred to Poweron. I called after business hours and spoke with Lester. He listened to our concerns and immediately went to work trying to locate this back ordered part. Within minutes he located the part, the last one in Houston, and scheduled a service call to our residence the next day. Lester was on time, extremely knowledgeable and offered by far the best customer service we have had to date with an appliance repair company. Lester and Gary handled our oven with care, noted that it was missing some hardware and addressed that as well. They are not the cheapest, and I know I could have found the part for cheaper, but he took time to go and pick this part up, and I know it is warrantied through Poweron. I do not mind paying a markup for convenience, customer service and knowledge. We found out later that Lester and Gary were the owners of the company. The technician showed up, said he needed to order parts and we never heard from them again. They refuse to answer the phone and believe they blocked us after a while. After almost 2 months of trying to make this work, we contacted Lowes who then told us the technician filed a report saying he was unable to do the work because he claimed it was out of warranty. I am sure he got paid by Lowes for the visit, so it sounds like he is either mistaking us for someone else or... Anyway, Lowes said there is nothing we can do until we "make things right" with this company. I just called my credit card company and filed a claim thru them. So, avoid both Lowes service protection and this company. Update: called mrappliance.com who gave me an appointment immediately and repaired the appliance the same day. They are awesome. I will now update my claim with Chase Sapphire to include reimbursement for these repairs. Advice remains: avoid Lowes and all their fly-by-night repair associates.

I also viewed other appliances for future replacement. Don spent lots of time with me sharing his knowledge and answering all my questions. The dishwasher had to be ordered and expected delivery was approximately 4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in less than 2 weeks! Installation was a few days later and went very smooth. I had a 10-2 time frame and Nathan and his helper arrived 11:45 a.m. and finished in less than 30 minutes. They were very courteous and careful not to bump the door way bringing in the new dishwasher and removing the old one. I noticed Nathan was meticulous in his installation ensuring everything was done just right. No more big box stores for me!
