Update after I posted the review I received a call and a check was placed on my doorstep due to me not removing my review this asshole put stop to the check and the money was sent back to him. I will be filing a lawsuit as of today. If I could give a lesser rating I would. I called this company out to look at my washer it was having a small issue they came charged me coming out fee on top of the repair fee which was over $300. Never fixed the issue after the 1st visit they completely broke my washer giving it issues it never had. They kept sending the same repair guy out and it still was not fixed, by the 4th visit I demanded a refund the supervisor then said he'll come out which he did said he found the issue he would go get the part the next day comes he calls and gives me the most bogus story about having to order the part so instead he will just go head and issue the refund but guess what it's a over month later no refund I have a busted washer I only had for 2yrs by the way. The supervisor isn't returning my calls. And I have to go out a buy a washer because this company completely destroyed my washer. I would never recommend this company!! By the way this has been going on since January/march it's now may smdh!!! My GE Microwave stopped working - appeared to have no power. Contacted Quality repair in mid-December. Reasonable fee to come out and diagnose, After diagnosis (which took multiple hours) the tech indicated it could be repaired, but the part would take 5-7 business days. We agreed to the repair, and they said they would call when the part came in. No contact, including no response to text to technician or voicemail on main number, until January 5, when they answered the phone and said they have had the part for a while. Technician schedule for January 7. On January 7, turns out the microwave was not repairable, because a different part was broken. Not their fault the microwave wasn't fixable, but should have told me that on Dec. 10, not January 8. read more

We have an LG Linear Compression refrigerator freezer. We had a problem with it and I called Quality Repairs based on the good reviews and recommendations. Jesus came out on the time scheduled, fixed the problem ( new compressor) which he had diagnosed as best as he could on the telephone but the best is that he had the part in stock and on the truck and told me he would bring it and what is better than that when you have a melting freezer and a warm refrigerator to get it all fixed and back working the same day because the repair man actually bothered to check and bring the parts. Jesus Hernandez the General Manager came to my house to view my 6-year-old Maytag Bravos top-load washing machine. It won't (agitate enough) to thoroughly wash the clothes however all the cycles run 100%. He lifted the front of the washer 8", stuck his hand on the bottom louver and showed me a small amount of grease on his hand, and said: Your washer motor & transmission are No Good they are compromised! I asked him how could you tell me that and not even turn the machine on? He charged me $69.99 and was there only 3 minutes? He didn't know I reviewed 2 YouTube repair videos on the same type of washer with the same issues. The only thing wrong was the Teflon Hub-Washer threads were stripped out causing it not to (agitate enough). The part cost $9.99 cents from Amazon. He wanted $375 to do a 15-minute replacement AND I HAD TO TELL HIM HOW TO FIX IT? Jesus has been working on appliances for only 3 years and could hardly speak English. It appears his boss likes to collect $69.99 service fees for just showing up and not fixing the true problem. Maytag washers last 20 years +. The little bit of grease he found is residue from 6 years of usage. "BEWARE" Do yourself a favor and find an honest service company. "Quality Repairs" does not have Quality Service! read more

I was quoted a price for the refrigerator compressor and replacement of memory board and instead of a memory board being replaced it was only updated but I was still charged the full price replacement and when I questioned it the invoice was updated and changed to say installment fee Freon fee and some other miscellaneous charges I don't feel I should've been charged over the $800 if the memory board wasn't replaced as I was quoted and was explained to myself and my husband at the time we agreed on one price but then charged a different price in the end. NOT HAPPY!!! read more
