I popped on Yelped, searched appliance repair, and it was very obvious that I should reach out to KrisKelly first, based on the great reviews. I submitted a request-a-quote on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon, and heard back Monday morning. By Thursday, there was someone at my house and my dryer was fixed within about half an hour. The service guy even gave me some great tips on maintaining my washer, dryer and other appliances for the future. It sucks to need an appliance repaired, but when you can get the problem resolved as quickly and as pain free as possible, it's such a relief. That's exactly what happened here. He claimed to change a part and that it was fixed and never gave me the discount I was quoted and never gave me a receipt. He also claimed to only take money via zelle. I attempted to use dryer that night but it still did not work so I called them back to take another look at it the next day, they had to refund me for the 20% discount (only because I mentioned it) . The second repair man was EXTREMELY RUDE and stated that he was driving from the woodlands to Katy and they he was wasting his time coming out! he stated that i needed to have the lint cleaned out of duct behind dryer which they did not do. I called a separate air duct cleaning company to clean air duct out and the dryer STILL DOES HEAT! So that tells me I was scammed! I don't think the part was ever changed.
