The only thing I can say is Awsome!! Willy and his staff is amazing!! I know he has some reviews that knock him for charging $60 for an estimate, all I can say is that's not his fault, blame the insurance companies. Willy is one of the cheaper ones that charges. I know body shops in that area and other areas charging over a $100.00. All I can say writing an estimate takes a while. It's the same thing if you take your car into a repair shop and the charge you for diagnostic charge, do you complain about that??? Anyway, Willy went above and beyond what he was scheduled to do to repair my car. I was at work and a dump truck damaged my passenger side with 7k of damage. The insurance company gave me a rough time getting my claim paid, and Willy didn't put no pressure at all. Once the check came in and I took the car in and Willy said drop it off anytime. When I dropped it off I asked him how long will it take and he said 2 weeks, remind you this was over the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday. 12 days later I had a awesome paint job and repair done. I did and on a lot more work, he ended up painting the whole car. As you know Toyota's fade all the top of the car. Willy did an amazing job!! Thank you guys! Because of inflation paint is very expensive, however Willy uses the best paint products out there. Don't hesitate to look at Tommy's! He made sure I was satisfied and looking good!! I had some minor body that needed work. Tommy's got me in there within a few business days and worked directly with my insurance to make sure the job was done to specifications. They did a great job on the body work and paint. The area of my car that was damaged looks brand new! The staff was really friendly, and on the day of my pickup they had the car parked out on the street, which was easy to access. The Enterprise Rental nearby in Waipahu also has a shuttle that can pick you up from Tommy's, and so you don't have to arrange a ride if you're getting a rental. Great work. Great customer service. I got rear ended on the freeway, and I didn't want to be driving around with my back bumper bent in. I first went to get an estimate of what it would cost to repair or replace. I honestly thought it would be minor but it was actually pretty major where it was more than just the bumper that needed to be replaced. The shop owner told me what would be happening when they replaced it. I did go to another body shop to get different estimates, just because I making the person at fault pay for the damage. They wanted to pay out of pocket but decided to go through insurance. Once it was decided to go with Tommy's, I dropped off the truck and didn't see it until a few days later. It was quicker than expected. They even wash and waxed the car before returning it back. They walked me through what they did and it looked like new! Let me just say that I was very pleased with everything they did on my Toyota Tacoma. Willie is amazing and very personable. As a girl, you are always worried about anything car related because often times we are not the experts. But with Willie, he walked me through the whole process and even took pictures along the way. Although my truck took about 3 weeks, especially with some backordered parts, I'm glad Willie was honest with me. Brought in two of my cars that had damages. First one I didn't want to claim my insurance because I didn't want my premium to go up, so everything was out of pocket. He found the best and cheapest way to fix the damage without hurting my wallet too much. Texted updates along the way and then when I picked up my car she looked brand spankin new. He even washed, vacuumed and buffed my car. Second time was on our truck, though we did through insurance. Found another way to fix the damages even though our parts got mixed up because of the ordering system through Toyota, he found another solution to get the job done and fixed our car in a timely manner. Picked up our truck and she was prettier than ever. He even replaced one of our fog lights because it was burnt out. Always relied on willie for any car repairs, he never disappoints.
