Very professional and friendly. Someone hit my 2018 Dodge Durango and Central Body and Paint was one of the shops recommended by my insurance company. Many of the other shops that I called turned me away because my vehicle was not drivable and weren't accepting "tow-ins." However Central Body and Paint was able to accommodate me and my Durango. Unfortunately, it was deemed totaled by my insurance, so I can't attest to their body work. As far as customer service, they deserve 5 stars. Selected Central Body and Paint because of their relationship with Independent Vehicle Service which is located down the block from CB&P. The work on my 2004 Volvo V70r was elective, in that over the years the car's paint needed to be "touched up" due wind and sun damage. The bad spots were mostly on the roof and other horizontal surfaces on the car. They did an outstanding job of blending the new paint with the original Volvo passion red. My vehicle was in a low speed (less than 5 mph) accident hitting the vehicle in front of me. The vehicle, a 2022 Ford MachE GT/PE, was still drivable and only minor damage was visible from the outside. I brought it to Central Body & Paint because they had done work for me in the past (on a couple of different vehicles) and I found it to be quality work. That and I understand they have a good relationship with Cutter Ford across the street from them (Ford vehicle/Ford Service across the street - just made sense to me). However, when the repair was started issues began to emerge. The hood had been bent (full replacement), the battery cooling radiator had been pushed with some severe damage. There were issues getting parts. The repair ran out my insurance coverage for the rental car. And I'm retired and this is the only vehicle in the household. Things were stacking up and I was getting pretty upset. At 4 weeks I went down and wanted to know where we were at (in other words - just give me my vehicle now and I'll pay for what has been done and take my chances). The manager in charge of my vehicle repairs, Mr. King, practiced the GET principle. He greeted me warmly, not reacting to me being upset at all. He engaged me explaining where they were at and what they were doing. And he listened to my ranting and ravings. Politely. He THANKED me for entrusting them with the repairs and asked me what would make me happy. Then Central Body & Paint picked up the charges for the rental vehicle where my insurance left off (~2 1/2 weeks more). Not an insignificant amount. He also offered a break on body work I needed done not covered by the insurance and not under my deductible. It was a small amount off to them, but very much appreciated by me. And when I got my vehicle back today, it looked perfect in every aspect. I'm almost positive they polished the chrome on the wheels. Not a single flaw on the entire body of the vehicle. If you didn't look at the mileage (~23k) or the wear on the floor mats, you might assume the vehicle just came off the showroom floor. Central Body & Paint went way above and beyond. That is a business that cares about their customers. Individually. And they care about their work. They are honest and operate with integrity. I got rear ended on the H1 (hit from behind from inattentive driver and pushed into the truck in front of me) and I ended up with front and rear damage. I was really shaken up since I have never been in an accident before, but my auto insurance gave me a choice of where to go and the reviews here were pretty decent. My bf brought my car in since I was at work and he said the older man who checked the car was pretty thorough and was going to send the quote to the insurance company. That made me feel good so I agreed to have my car serviced here. It took a long time to get an appointment set up. My mva was in early December, they took my car in January and I got my car back in late March. While the car was slowly being taken apart they kept finding more damage which took more parts to order and repair. My original repair quote was $7k and the final bill was around $13k. The other guys insurance covered it so the price wasn't a factor here. His insurance also covered a car rental but this auto shop gave me a dinky Nissan that had alarms ringing for two months. When I got my car back it was good as new. The paint matching was amazing and mostly everything is in the shape it was before my car got hit. I would come back here for repairs again. read more

I arrived at my appointment one hour earlier and expected to wait until it was my time to be attended. However, instead of waiting for my said time to arrive, they attended me right away, which was very nice. The mechanic was helpful and gave me all the choices I could take in order to fix my car without costing me an arm and a leg. He looked at my damages and recommended me to take my car to this other shop who specializes in these type of damages, but before sending me away he buffed out some of the damages he could fix himself free of charge, as my damage wasn't too bad. CB&P failed to report/repair/recognize STRUCTURAL FRAME DAMAGE to my Toyota 4Runner that was towed to their shop on Oct 12, 2018 and remained at this shop pending repairs until 1 February 2019. The repairs they did ATTEMPTED were shoddy (at best) with misalignments throughout my vehicle from my hood, bumper, side fender and rear hatchback. A horrible paint job that consisted of several "re-do's" that ended with orange peel, over spray, swirl marks and mismatched paint. This shop had the audacity to say I was a "Difficult" customer - because I complained about my vehicle repairs, the additional damage done in their care, and the continued delays!! End result, $15K bill of repairs and an unsafe vehicle!! My vehicle was inspected 9 months later by an Independent Consultant that resulted in my Toyota 4Runner being totaled. read more

This morning, I picked up my MINI Countryman from Central Body and Paint. This was the second time in the last 7 years that I've had to have damage repaired. In this case, it was freeway debris scoring my hood deeply. When I first needed auto body repair 7 years ago, I asked a friend who was a BMW salesman where they sent their cars. He replied unequivocally that they always use Central. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed via text and email and I was guided every step of the way through the process online. I picked up my repaired and cleaned car and it was stunning. The work is first class as is the attention to detail. They work with GEICO and my rental car was waiting for me when I dropped mine off and a representative was at the shop to retrieve the rental when I brought it back. We were thinking my process might have been longer then expect but they got this machine just in time and thankfully I was one of the first peoples cars there were able to use it on and I must say i was impressed. Brought my Yukon to CB&P from the recommendation from Geico when one of their client happened to back up into it and decided to do a hit and run. Luckily there was witness that saw the whole incident and got the lose ce plate of the dummy who thought he could get away from his mistake! Anyways, customer service from CB&P past superb! Anyone there who answered my call was professional and very informative and friendly as well! Initially I was gonna bring my car somewhere else to do the work but customer service won me over and I'm glad I stuck with them because they did such a great job to my baby! Central Body & Paint did an excellent job replacing and paint matching the rear bumper on my Honda. I'm happy to have my car back good as new! Communication was excellent, and it was super convenient to be able to pick up an Enterprise rental right on location (they have an office there in the shop) and drop it off there after my car was repaired. They also made working with the other driver's GEICO insurance very easy and stress free. Left my car 2016 Acura here for about 3 plus weeks. Picked this place since it's one of Geico's locations listed and also convenient being nearby. Paid my deductible of $500 for service to be done. Had my passenger rear door and side damaged. Totaling of damages and labor came to $4000 plus. After picking up my car, I was not happy. I found more issues upon arrival and inspecting the car at home. The rubber that goes along on top of the roof to the windshield was coming off, literally flipping over. And that part they damaged it towards the windshield. The rear bumper wasn't even intact fully. White paint was left on my tire and on my carpet inside the car. The car was left a mess. Inside was all the dirt and dust from the shop. Cockroaches were found inside. So I complained and was furious so therefore they ordered a new rubber part, brought it again to be repaired. The paint and repairs turned out fine but don't return a vehicle to a customer if it's not complete and you damage it more. They had the interior cleaned professionally on my 2nd visit. Which that 3rd party did a good job. But you'd think this place will protect your leather inside and carpets and cover it. I definitely won't be using this place again. Find a different shop to go to. Plus on the way, the main back road has plenty pot holes full of water, which u can't avoid as you about to enter their shop. I'm sure they'll get a sink hole there soon! read more

The process was not only quicker than I originally thought it would be, but I was absolutely astounded with the work, and I even have a few more repairs that I want/need done, and I will definitely be back. The paint looks fantastic, they were incredibly communicative and polite. Initially, I was worried my vehicle would be ready and I'd end up paying for a rental car longer than I needed to (I hate rentals, but that's another story). I requested that they call me a few days before it was completed so I could try to organize a replacement at work while I pick it up. They called me a few days after and asked if I could come and remove some stuff from the trunk, as they "didn't want to touch my stuff". It was incredibly polite and courteous of them as they didn't have to take that step. They absolutely could've dumped my stuff out, fixed the car and tossed it all back in and I wouldn't have been surprised. They didn't have to call and ask me to come and get my belongings, but they did. They called me the day it was ready and told me they could do my safety while they had the car there and it would be ready by 3. Luckily I wasn't working that day, and was thrilled I would be back in my own car. The entire process was professional, polite, and incredibly simple. They update you twice a week on how the repair is going and where they are in the process. I cannot recommend CB&P enough. When I arrived for my appointment, technician Shayne came out to assess the damage and determined that most of it could probably be buffed out. Central did awesome work on my vehicle from start to finish. I damaged my windshield, passenger mirror, and front fender, so I couldn't drive it to their shop. They came to my house to tow it and it was hassle-free. I'm impressed with their excellent customer service. Their staff was very friendly. In my situation, I didn't have to go to their shop at all, everything was over email and phone which was very convenient for me. They called and emailed me often to update me on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready to pick up. They were patient with me and explained every step/process when I didn't understand something. They worked around my schedule and even arranged to have my car dropped to my work place! They really took care of me. Just got my car back and it looks like nothing even happened. A lot of skill demonstrated by their workers, excellent work! Be careful for extortion! Customer service and payment issue. My car was done from the body shop from 2022 through insurance. I got the final bill and I was explained why I owed X amount of money, because USAA gave me the money to give to them. I paid what they asked. Almost a whole year later I get a call saying I owe more money, and all I asked for was documentation why I owed that money, (anyone would want to know why money is owed before they pay) but instead of explaining to me how, Jody goes back and forth with me for an hour before getting to the point of how it's shown I owe. And still didn't bother to try and break down everything to show how I owe that exact amount. I have to go on my own and see how part of it makes no sense. She belittled me, called my commanding officer after the fact that we agreed I would come in to go over the documentation on a specific date and threatened to send me to collections before explaining how money was owed. And every time I asked her specific questions she kept changing her story, how was I supposed to believe I owed X amount if she can't keep her stories straight. I still don't understand how I had to pay that much, and will be taking matters into my own hands to make sure this gets corrected. Be careful with who you deal with, if you need help understanding payment that's needed because it doesn't seem right, request for anyone that's not Jody, she will unreasonably extort you, because all she cares about is the money. read more

Great Customer Service I brought my car in to get an estimate for damages on the left rear fender. We are repeat customers that have always been impressed with the quality of work at this facility. The service agent at Central Body and Paint looked at the damages and asked permission to try something. Ten minutes later he returned with most of the scrape marks gone. There was still one thin blemish that he said would require removal of the back fender which we could bring in to do when convenient. My car was in an accident back in May 2023. I took it to Central Body and Paint and since it was a newer model, they said parts wouldn't be in for a few months. No big deal, it was just the front bumper and I could still drive it safely. Fast forward to July, they gave me a call and set up a drop off date. They took my car for a week and returned it to me looking brand new. On top of replacing/painting the new bumper, they gave my car a quick wash and vacuumed the interior. A+ service overall there. Fast forward to December 2023, there was paint that started coming up on part of the bumper. I gave them a call and asked if it could get fixed under warranty and they said yes. I took it in for a quick assessment and then we scheduled a time to drop it off again. It only took 5 days from drop off for them to repaint everything. They covered the rental car and just like last time, they gave my car a quick wash and also vacuumed the interior. Throughout both fixes, they texted me everyday to let me know the status of my car. Totally NOT recommend this shop. Receptionist Jena was so nice and helpful. But their body work are Awful. I was asking my insurance agent looking for best job and he recommended this shop but so disappointed. 1) time manner delayed more than two weeks than estimated day 2) not completed job 3) kept indicate not fix some part but Mechanics said that how the car designed.
