I filled out an incident report over a MONTH AGO!!! NO CALL BACK. NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER. I have been calling for the manager, Layla almost once a week and I get the same response "She is not here, can I take a message?" I leave the SAME message every single time. They tell me the same thing "I will tell her to look at the cameras" Well i'm assuming she hasn't because it's been over a month and I am FED UP!!! Even the guy working said "The chip is too fresh to be old" YES I KNOW I asked the guy that was working what normally happens in these situations and he said "They will do anything to not pay for it, keep bothering them" HOW embarrassing and how unprofessional. Not only that, in the photos I provided you can see that my car is still dirty!!! DONE!!

It's probably a common issue with all these automated car washes but you get rubber marks on some random places of the car. The most frustrating stuff is when you get the automated tire wax which is included on anything over $10/mo package. (I have manager's special) After you clean your car, dry it with the towel and drive 5 minutes, your car becomes all black and dirty again. Why? The spray/wax that's used on the tire shine splatters all over the place. I don't know if they should reduce the amount that's being applied to the tires or what but they seriously need to figure something out because I have to go back almost every day to get rid of the black dots on the body panels and have the same thing happen all day long.. Then there is the system of the things. Again, probably a problem at most car wash places. When you pay for certain services and get to the line, you get someone else's service. What I mean by this is, let's say you are in line 1, pay for manager's special, and someone else is in line 2 paying for a basic wash. You make a payment first but the other car go through quicker than you do, the other person will get the manager's special and you'll get the basic wash. Keep the receipt! You can go through the tunnel again to get what you paid for, but it's a hassle non-the-less. Sometimes I just don't have time to go through the tunnel again. (Yes it's like 3 minutes but come one..) Above is the reason the place got 3 stars, I do agree with other reviewers here that this is an excellent value for what you are paying for, though with some caveats.

He was not helpful, not professional, not polite. He did make an attempt to enter the code for different wash levels. I would hope that if a company is going to put out a promotion that they would train their employees on how to redeem the promotion. This exact location is the address that was printed on the card. I was asked to drive to another location down the road. The employee would not honor the offer and would not override the system to provide me with the free wash as offered, advised on the coupon. The next thing I know, a month later, I discover a $42.99 auto-pay charge on my credit card for a membership I never agreed to. I am tired of not getting responses!!! I contacted the store multiple times, asked to speak with a manager, and got nothing but excuses and runarounds. No refund. No accountability. After four separate attempts to resolve the issue, I escalated the matter to the CEO and still received no response, no phone call, and no resolution. From what I've heard, this is not the first time this has happened. Customers should carefully review their statements after visiting this business. To make matters worse, they charge premium prices for a car wash and don't even provide towels for customers to dry their vehicles. Many other car wash businesses offer towels as a basic courtesy.
