Cheryl was such a pleasure to speak with and was so helpful...I have a great first impression of this place and I feel so much more comfortable sending my sister here. I was having a hard time with finding ABA services for my son. So I stuck it out and went through the application process. My insurance denied the first claim due to insufficient paperwork or lack thereof on Aces end. Once I notified Nadia, she said she forgot and needed to resubmit the paperwork. Once paperwork was finally approved, Nadia scheduled the initial assessment. I was scheduled for in person in the Rowland Heights office. I was told how crucial it was to keep this appointment due to a long waitlist. I had to take my son out of school early to make it to the appointment. Once I get there and check in, to my disappointment, my son and I are turned away. We were informed by the receptionist that there was no appointment for my son. The evaluator was not even available that day. I called Nadia before I left the office to make sure the appointment time was correct. Nadia said she didn't know why the appointment wasn't made and that maybe it was the receptionists fault, but that she made the appointment and that there's was nothing eles she could do. At that point I stated to her that I would no longer continue to work with Aces. To which, Nadia hung up on me. I reached out to customer service and corporate. They too dont care and can't give me the consideration and respect. All this was over a course of 5 months. Don't waste your time like I did. I'm telling everyone to STAY AWAY from Aces
