Within the first two sessions, I learned so much about the mechanics of the foot and how the different parts of the leg work together. I so appreciated the time the trainer took to explain the mechanics to help me better understand what I should be feeling and what to focus on during the exercises he was giving me to do. It's been four sessions and I already feel a noticeable difference in my running. Aside from the incredible care I've received so far, the environment of the place itself is noteworthy. This is my first experience needing PT and I was nervous going into it. I'm not a big gym person and was feel slightly intimidated since this is a bit out of my comfort zone. And performed a thorough physical assessment of my chief of complaint. So from being placed in a traction. Ultrasound. Massages. Cold pack. Stretching. I always thoroughly research and advocate for myself when I seek any medical help. However, I…read moredidn't need to do that here. I was rear ended on the highway in November 2023. I woke up the following day with a massive headache and extreme pain that radiated to my fingers. After some research, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen immediately sent me to get an MRI and CT. It was determined my cervical spine was affected. My treatment plan consists of adjustments, acupuncture, massage therapy, laser, cupping, and electrical stimulation. It has made a huge difference in managing my neck and radiating pain. My neck pain has decreased and the radiating pain is no longer constant. I am so impressed. Dr. Cohen is a very professional and thorough chiropractor. His clinical knowledge is outstanding.
