Menu and pricing is very misleading. Order a 1/4 cheese burger which is around $5.49 on the menu and says upgrade to meal $3 more. Since, I wanted a combo they charged me as a 1/4 hamburger + extra charge for for the cheese $10.99 + $.75. Reason being is because the cheese burger is a sandwich only?? Their food is good. My daughter really enjoys their food and always asks me if we can stop by when passing it because she likes it a lot. Yeah, their drive thru is small but either way their food still taste good and I really enjoy eating it with my family. The people there are nice (just like their food lol). Food is mid. The food the basic you can find it in any hole in the wall. Kinda expensive for a basic burger. Today me and my sister went. She got a double cheese burger and I got chili cheese fries with ranch. I ended up with the runs and my sister got food poisoning, shivers, fever, throw up and runs. Service is quick. I normally get a single, but I decided to switch things up and go for a double--and I was blown away. The extra meat really made the burger explode with rich umami flavor. They give you a ton of fries--seriously, a medium fry here feels like an extra-large. No joke. I love it when they cook them just right--not too crispy, not too soft. If you grab a soda, I highly recommend the apple soda called Manzanita. They also have yellow peppers if you like a kick. I also recommend breakfast here. It's like having a full-on diner meal in the morning with all your breakfast favorites. The inside is always kept very clean. I can always find a freshly wiped or clean table. The place is a classic! It's been around for years and I've been coming here since I was a kid! The crew is amazing!!! Always friendly, happy, and very attentive. They go above and beyond for their customers, best customer service at any burger joint around! The owners are always around helping their employees and greeting their customers. Mannnn. i used to love it here. went away for college, visiting home and wanted some Primos. i stopped by 20 mins ago and Asked for family pack, all without pickles and cheese! only one with onions pls. Asked for sprites, one dr pepper. Got home to find ALL cheeseburgers, all PEPSIS. Wtf. i have a dietary restriction and cant eat cheese so this honestly killed my mood. I used to come here way a lot I'll say abou 2008 before all the upgrade happen, when it was under construction, I missed what I used to order there a lot like hamburger, fries and soda . When they reopen the hamburger seem to taste all shitty , fries become all soggy . I missed the place how it used to be . But customer service is pretty shitty don't recommend this place at all. Today on October 3rd 2017, your customer service has gone way way way way down. There was no cashier  in the front, the cook had to take my order and then he told the cashier who barely came to the front my order and I told her my order again and then I told her I wanted an large orange bang. Her attitude was extremely disappointing she snatched my money and when she gave my change back she basically just threw it into my hand like she was in a rush and when I got my order I asked for a little size of thousand island and with her attitude she said "sorry we give it out if you don't have fries" I was like "they always give me a little Thousand Island" so I told the cashier thats nice, that I'm familiar with "is it okay if she gives me a little Thousand Island" she goes "oh no cuz you don't have fries" I said "okay I understand I just don't like the way she told me"  So the rude cashier gives me my orange bang and it was all drippy on the side and top part and all she said was "sorry about that" when I come home I start to eat one my grilled cheese sandwiches, I pulled a hair out my freaking mouth. Then I looked and exam the rest of the sandwich and there was another hair.  You guys lost a customer today and the cashier who was rude I don't know name because you guys do not have your cashiers wearing name tags so I know she's kind of short and she has fake nails with diamonds or rhinestones on them. Had the fish n chips! I was completely satisfied!! Large portions! The onion rings are awesome not too cooked so they won't bite through And the batter wasn't too thick like most mom an pop places. Almost like a light tempura batter! Only thing is the parking lot is very hot. No shade. And with no AC my truck turned into charzard! After the much anticipated wait this is my second visit to Promos since the reopening. The first time we went I had the double cheese add grilled onions and it was amaaazing. Now, Much to my surprise they're have been quite a few complaints about primos on here and I would like to point out that you can't expect excellence from a brand new team and crew at a brand new building with brand new cooks etc. If you're looking for perfection go cook hour own food ya perfectionist! We often come to primos but with this whole pandemic it's hard to trust any restaurant to follow regulations about proper mask wear. It's upsetting that this place has a MUST WEAR A MASK. Yet it's employees don't know how to properly wear one. SHM a mask it's supposed to cover both mouth AND NOSE . Virus can come out or in through the nose too. Dear manager of owner.
