Eric went to the trouble of researching and swiftly finding the rare key fob from a distant state. It can be really difficult to make a key fob work correctly for sensor-filled cars. We had agreed he'd show up at 9:00am, but just prior to that he called to say he was running about 18 minutes late which was a nice touch. He was there in 17 minutes and set to work. We even had a locksmith come out and try various things for 2-3 hours and nothing worked. Then finally we called Hamel's Key and they said they wouldn't charge anything other than a re-fueling fee if they couldn't get it to work and drove over 30 mins to where we were. They were prompt, worked hard, and were extremely knowledgeable. Finally, they were able to get us out of a jam and create good spare keys for our car so we wouldn't have to tow it 500 miles at 9pm. We wouldn't be able to enjoy our weekend or trip without Hamel's Key and I cannot recommend them enough.
