We'd love your feedback here: - so here it is!!! Wow - abrasive??? Not sure abrasive is a word to use when I asked if he could avoid pulling the long hose around my lightweight furniture as he does not move furniture which seems common practice. So I had moved pieces onto my wood flooring and did not want them to move around possibly scratching our floors. He said he was not pulling just straightening it out - okay - I helped straighten it out for him. Never said another word on that. Asked if he puts the little wrappers under the furniture after I will move the furniture back onto the carpet - I have had this done before so thought it was usual. Said he might have some in the truck but never did it. Never siad he would not. As to attitude - never introduced himself and never told me done - would I like to look or instructions on how long to wait before walking, etc.? He kindly did move some of the pieces back but then did not show me he did and missed that I had moved a chair and told him I would move it back once he had done the rest of the rug - he never told me so now I have a part of the rug that was not cleaned. In the end not knowing how he felt about me and not having had a change to review his work and catch the issue and would have thanked him but he had on his earphones and was constantly answering phone calls which as a businessman I understand but never communicated with me again. I think he did a good job - but obviously is set in how he does it and not amenable to any concerns - but there was never a harsh word - even asked him about his family. Common courtesy I accorded and for a first time with a new company do not think I asked anything extraordinary - guess you can decide - but certainly I would NEVER use TC Carpet care again if what I asked makes him consider me abrasive.
