Toni started out really good, my dogs started to get used to her, and started looking forward to her coming and grooming them, then she up and left with no explanation what so ever. Very unprofessional and had no decency to call me with a legitimate reason. I left several messages and NO response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, will NEVER recommend her!!!!!! We have been using Toni ever since our prior groomer made our dog bleed twice. She is extremely reliable, prompt and courteous. What I like about her most is her professionalism. She comes and takes the dogs and grooms them (and does a great job every time) and returns them. No fuss or muss. Toni went out of her way to fit me into her busy schedule to groom my 50 pound boxer mix for a special occasion. Although the compressor noise at first was upsetting to my dog, Toni's calm experience allowed us to choose the Oatmeal shampoo that would best suit her sensitive skin and for me to slip out of the nicely organized trailer. What surprised me most at the end of the session was the sanded shape of my dog's dark claws; they were so safe and healthy. Tony explained that she uses a nail sander. Toni is an amazing person and absolutely the best groomer we have ever had. She comes every six weeks to groom our labradoodle and my daughters labradoodle. Today was Toni's 3rd visit to groom my 8-3/4 lb. lhasa apso. When Toni exited her pick-up truck, my dog hid under my desk, which is near my front door. When I opened the door to let Toni in - I told her that my dog runs away from groomers. This morning, I called Toni on the phone to make another appointment in 9 weeks - except Toni told me to find another groomer - since my dog doesn't like her - and that I don't trust her. We used Toni's service for the first time today after finding her on Yelp. I am so pleased with how my dog was groomed. She did a really thorough job, and gave my dog the best haircut. She approached my dog with great care and gentleness, and grooming is usually pretty stressful for our dog. I also found her prices to excellent, less than I was paying to take my dog to the groomer, and it is A LOT easier to have her pull up and take care of it all. This is the only groomer for me. My dog is so comfortable with her that he falls asleep. She's always on time and very professional. Call atleast 2-3 weeks ahead because she gets booked up really quickly. But shes nice enough to call you if someone cancels and she can fit you in sooner. Just let her know. read more

We had our dog groomed for the very first time - usually we are the ones to bathe her. Needless to say, Toni showed up on time and Kali instantly loved her. Her grooming trailer was neat and clean - down right spotless! You can tell that she really loves animals and Kali looks beautiful! We've been having Toni groom our 2 dogs for a while now, and will never have anyone else groom our dogs again. One of our "kids" is a senior (14 years young) with some special needs... she's extremely gentle with him, and he always comes out of her trailer looking like a star. We don't have to worry about other dogs, cleanliness, or his being left in a kennel until we pick him up. She's quick, professional, and the dogs (at least ours) are very comfortble around her. For us, the additional $5 or so that is costs to have her come to us (versus going to Petco/Petsmart), is a complete non-issue. Our peace of mind is worth more than that, in my opinion. read more
