I loved the way my dog was treated! My dog was talked to and treated with love. I have taken her to groomers that appeared to be more interested in my money then loving my dog. It was nice to have a groomer that took her time and loved on my dog. They use natural shampoos which I like and judging by the lack of scratching so did my dog. The first time I called them I was in a hurry to get her done because company was coming and she had been out and about getting filthy. They came out to clean her the very next day! What kind of fucking shenanigans is going on with this "business?" I called and made an appointment they gave me between 1030am and 1100am he shows up at 12pm. Then leaves and said he would return at 4pm with no explanation. He left us hanging just like that. I called someone picks up the phone and hangs up. No return calls. I called and got the answering machine to let them know to cancel forever and left my number. This is tacky at all levels. Don't call them it will be questionable if you'll receive service. Its diffucult to get service from a mobile groomer in Ventura. Very sad... read more

I will never recommend or use them again. I paid $50.00 plus tip for my dog to only to be bathed. I tried to tell them how i wanted my dog cut, but the only thing that got cut was his ears, and that was done horrible. i could done a better job my self, just get some sissors and cut straight.
