I completely hated my experience. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't asked any basic questions about the haircut I wanted for my dog or shown any interest in the inspiration photos I had. The entire appointment felt rushed, like they just wanted to get us in and out. After I explained what I wanted, they should have called me before making the decision to completely shave my dog. If I had been informed that shaving was the only option, I would have picked her up and gone elsewhere. Instead, they went ahead without my approval. When I picked my dog up, she looked completely sad and unlike herself. It was heartbreaking to see her that way, especially knowing I was never given the opportunity to approve such a drastic change. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. The staff had an attitude the entire time, making me feel like my concerns didn't matter. He is a big ball (85 lbs) of energy, who rarely holds still, has no sense of personal space, absolutely hates blow dryers, and even I will admit that he can be difficult to manage at times. I've been here a few times for nail trims and everything was fine until our last visit. My dog has dew claws, long quicks, and sensitive front paws, which I always mention. This time, Bea cut one nail too short and didn't tell us. We only realized when our dog bled all over the car and house. I understand accidents happen, but not informing us is unacceptable. When I called, the apology felt dismissive, and she even said she doesn't usually tell owners when this happens. That's a big problem for me. I won't be returning. read more

My dogs go in dirty and come out clean and happy, they always do a good job. My dogs are older and they take gentle care with them.

I have been coming here for my older dog for the past several years and I've had nothing but positive things to say. we recently got a multi poo puppy and this is our third time coming, I understand that he is a ball of energy and can be chaotic and not allow you to groom him, but I had to walk out when I saw him because I did not want to say anything rude. I showed the groomer who has not been the same person to groom my dogs, but I never had a bad experience with any of them, I showed her a photo of what I wanted, my puppy to look like. That was, including his tail, not being shaved, I was OK with the rest of his body being shaved, and the only difference was that they said he would be shaved Shorter than the photo which is totally fine, he had alot of mats I told them I was ok with it. I said I wanted teddy face in the photo you could see his tail-was not shaved in the photo. Unfortunately, they shaved him up all the way to his tail, and I don't know why they would shave his tail, I understand he had mats, but they could've cleaned it up instead of leaving it looking like a rat tail. He is a maltipoo mix and I've never seen it down like that. I ended up really emotionally upset and I know my son is going to freak out when he comes home from school, I thought the photo was clear enough especially when she only suggested he be shaved down shorter, like a chihuhaha that was fine for me but not the tail. The 2 times they had him before left his fluffy tail and if anything cut it down but NOT shaved. I am not a groomer, and I understand things can happen, but when doing some type of poodle mix, I thought it was known to keep the tail a little bit long and not shave the whole tail? Either way, I showed her the picture I wanted, and she said that the only difference was the face, I had no idea she would shave his tail. The face I can deal with, but the tail is really upsetting me. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this one really bothered me and I think for the first time in a long time I'm gonna be looking for a new groomer . She was very sweet, and have always been the best at grooming my dogs and I think that was my mistake not requesting Bea or Mario who usually do my dogs. read more

We've been going to this groomer for several years now. Initially, this groomer was very cordial, effecient and and genuinely interested in providing the best grooming service. However, the last couple of appointments they have been always late to complete the grooming when promised. Which suggest they are grossly understaffed with qualified groomers or the staff is being mismanaged. When I recently called to make another appointment, the owner didn't really seem interested in scheduling an appointment or welcome me as a steady returning customer. Her attitude was either take what's available or leave it. The number of growing "One-Star" reviews maybe an indicator of this Laissez faire attitude. Well, I'm leaving this business. Suggest that the management reset their attitude especially towards repeat customers. That are are dozens of other groomers that are very happy to get my business. read more
