I followed up by email twice telling him we want to MOVE FORWARD- no response. I never received financing options. I never received next steps. I never received the connection to the permit person or the appointment for someone to look at my house. We hired and paid a babysitter to drive 90 minutes and to beg a sales person to help us. It has now been 10 days and no response!

After we ordered a pool on a Sunday afternoon I knew something was wrong when the charge, which was originally showing as a pending on my Amex, all of a sudden wasn't there. But the charge for the skimmer was. I called Leslies in Nanuet where we bought the pool and spoke to Frank. He assured me that there were no problems and it was an IT problem. I specifically said please tell us now if we can't get a pool because pools are selling out all over the place. Again he assured us that we were getting the pool. Well the skimmer showed up but still didn't hear about a delivery date for the pool. Well after lots of back and forth only with me reaching out and Frank promising he'd check on the status for me which he never did. My husband had to go back to the store since Frank still wasn't returning my phone calls. Still no answers. I finally called another Leslies and told them the story. Then the GM called me back Ryan or Brian. No apologies from anyone after two weeks I heard I wasn't getting a pool and there was a glitch in the system and that it happens sometimes. Disgusting customer service all around. If they had just apologized in the first place I wouldn't have been so upset. Just returned the skimmer to the store and Frank tried to give us some halfhearted apology/reason why things happened this way. Unacceptable!!!

These guys make owning a pool what it should be ... a true luxury. I've had a few problems since taking over the house and the pool, and each time Crystal Clear has been responsive and professional. They have acid washed my pool, upgraded my filter, open and closed the pool, and maintain it all season. As some others have mentioned, they are even quick to respond when you have an immediate problem! I had a party last year, and let them know the Thursday before ... they re-did their regular schedule to accommodate a Sat. morning cleaning so that the pool would look awesome for the party! If you're in the area and looking for a reliable pool company, I recommend these guys without hesitation. It's just one less thing I have to worry about in the summer!

They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). Do NOT use Erik with the Spa Valet…read more While knowledgeable, we have had problems for years with inconsistent service and a lack of accountability. We put in our hot tub a few years ago, and we hired Erik almost immediately for weekly service. The first year, service was good and we had no complaints other than our weekly service was rarely weekly. As time passed, our rarely used hot tub always had a problem and was never working properly on the random times we were trying to use it. The past year, our weekly service was almost non existent. I texted repeatedly because our water levels seemed to consistently be low. In January, we were told we needed a motor. We purchased a new motor and we were asked to renew our annual contract in April. After expressing concern that no one had been showing up, I was told they had staffing problems and that Erik would show up personally on a weekly basis and would provide proof of service. Erik showed up once two weeks after signing a 6 month contract to let me know we needed a new cover. We paid for the cover in full, and he has never come again. It's my understanding that he is having some personal issues; I tried to be understanding and asked for responses to my texts and actual service calls. Erik never showed up again when he said he would and stopped texting me. We have since had someone else come out to address our hot tub only to be told that we have had a leak for over a year and that some lights have burnt out.

We also got the feeling that he looks for people with unlimited budgets, and apparently our newly build over $1 million dollar home with a 3 car garage and 1.5 acres was not impressive eno ------- Good morning - I hope all is well, as always. First and foremost I would like to thank you for your patience on the matter of our proposal. The time you have spent is valuable to Cool Pool and I would like to emphasize that. However, given this seasons work schedule it has been determined that we cannot provide the work/services necessary for updating your liner pool including the patio work.
