Service terrible, at 8pm get told that there are no more baked potatoes or mashed potatoes. Wasn't given cutlery we asked finally got it. Missing sides from order no explanation. Customers finished meal, was a table of about 10 people, decided to just stand up and stand yapping by other customers tables while we ate. Waitress didn't ask them to move away. Food was horrible. The chicken breast I ordered had one thin slice of chicken, paper thin piece of cheese, and some cold tomato pieces on it. All together it was about three inches long. It looked pathetic. They do have a Gluten Free menu. I ordered the 1/2 BBQ chicken - a word of note - it came slathered in bbq sauce. While the sauce is good, I'll order it on the side next time so I can determine how much I want. Wine promotion was pretty good selection. Everyone's food came out fairly promptly, but later in the evening, we did have a little trouble getting service for sugar and add-ins for the coffees. read more

We came for a Sunday meal. Service was friendly but not helpful. Only filled water once..after we asked twice! Coffee took 20 minutes. Meals were all served at different times. Food was generic. Been our regular for over a decade and we've noticed a downward trend since they moved locations a few years ago. Our most recent experience can only be described as abysmal and definitely a new low. From the moment we arrived the greeter was rude and fobbed us off barely making eye contact. We waited an hour for our food to arrive after our server seemed to totally forget we existed. We eventually found a different server who went and found our food. One of the meals ; Kicking Shrimp Tacos had obviously been sitting under the lights and was simply awful. We had to go find the manager, who after some language barrier issues, we were able to communicate that the meal was 1) Not at all spicy (Kicking) - he seemed genuinely surprised that this dish was supposed to be spicy....seriously ...and 2) The lettuce was cooked (from the heat lamps and 3) The shrimp was slimy rather than crispy fried. He did replace the dish and it was much better. The other two meals were just OK but at $30 for an 8oz steak it really wasn't GREAT, it was just "OK". All in all I think its time to find a new regular. Sad to see this once great restaurant with awesome food and service relegated to this. read more

Learn to appreciate the word "No." Do you have any other pasta is your dishes than spaghetti? NO. Is there a Senior menu? NO Do you have unsweetened iced tea? NO. Will a loaded baked potato side dish come to the table hot? NOWill a half order of ribs come hot? NO What vegetables are in the side dish? Just broccoli. Is there a lot of kale in the house salad? YES, a ton But kale is not my choice. TOO BAD.. These wrappers on the table service pieces easy to remove? HEAVENS, NO. Will the onion loaf appetizer be hot on arrival? NO, and pulling the apart will be hard to do. It has been a long time since I ate at a Tony Roma's and, based on this experience, it will be even longer before I will return. Customer service and wishes are most important. The word "no" needs to be avoided whenever possible - whether orally or by actual practice! read more

We had an employee dinner at Tony Roma's that was really a crowd pleaser! The manager and chef both communicated with us to finalize details- we had appetizers arranged to come out immediately as guests were arriving, and then a set menu to minimize the kitchen chaos. A big shout out to Nicole and Alex who handled this group with gracious care- they were on it, and managed to keep glasses full and food out for the group all at the same time- no easy feat! Thanks to management for accommodating us (even ensuring extra wine was cold and ready to be served), and making sure the experienced staff was in place who could really handle a group. The food here was great. The food here is always great- well maybe not the time my mom found a piece of glass in her ribs, but other than that it's always good. Not so sure about the service though, here's how it went: 2/3 of us got our drinks. The third had to ask for hers twice the one person who ordered soup, never got it we ordered a children's meal at the same time we ordered the drinks, and asked them to rush it- the child got her food last It was spaghetti and we ordered the tomato sauce on the side. They brought no sauce, and then tried to tell us it was already there (sorry it's hard to miss tomato sauce). After begging they brought the sauce out, but it was ice cold Our waitress went and spoke to the manager- his response? "why would they offer sauce on the side?". No apology from the manager finally an apology from the waitress. But tons and tons of excuses. We just got the bill- she did take off the kids meal and our drinks (pop) so thanks for that. Overall? The food is great. The waitress was really trying. But I think the kitchen, and the manager, could really care less. The 3 star ratingis solely because of the great food read more

We ate at Tony Roma's tonight, and the meal and service was excellent. I had a difficult time choosing an entree, but I finally went with the original baby back ribs. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sauce was tangy and flavorful. The portions were generous and appealingly presented. My husband, who had the rib sampler plate, agreed that this was a great meal. Our waitress was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. We had some bad experiences at Tony Roma's a few years ago, so this was our first time back in a long while, but now I can't wait to return. I look forward to trying the shrimp and salmon piccata. read more

I have to say food was tasty but service sucked! Young woman serving totally ignored us, served a beer in a bottle with no glass, took her time bringing the check after was asked three times. The place wasn't even busy. Flat out just didn't care. Don't go there on Thursday nights if she's working. Man, really pissed me off. No reflection on food. Was great. My husband and i went to have supper there. When we got our food my husband's was cold which they had to reheat and my salad had a live bug in it. I said something and the manager came over said we will take half your meal off and walked away didn't acknowledge or say sorry things weren't good. I lost my appetite and didn't even finish the burger because she took it away!! So I paid for half of my meal and got to eat a quarter of it. Will not be going back! read more

I'll start by saying I'm not a picky eater, but when I pay for food, I expect that it is better than something I could make at home. This was not the case. I ordered a burger and fries with rice. The fries were bad, very bad. I expected something hot out of the fryer, but I think they were oven fried, then left out on the counter for a long while. They were lukewarm, stiff and rubbery. My burger was good, at least the part that was between the bun. The bun was another story. It was toasted until it was tinged black. It was therefore hard and unpalatable. Our waiter seemed too busy, forgot to bring sour cream and messed up one order, which to their credit they fixed and then some. I left having spent about $85 for 4 people with no drinks or dessert and felt like I had been robbed. I would have rather gone to Burger King. read more
