I went on a Tuesday night around 8pm. There was only one other party besides me, so service was pretty quick. I couldn't believe they didn't have any options with mushroom under the "Manager's Favorites." I'll build my own next time, but this time I got the Smoove Garlic Burger and the onion rings. The burger was delicious! It was freshly made and the burger was juicy. Though I enjoyed it very much, I couldn't really taste the garlic, so I was a bit disappointed. When I first got the onion rings, they were so hot that they like burnt my fingers! They were pretty yummy. I liked these more than those that have a really thick coating. I had a great experience here. I also saw that they do loyalty programs and have deals if you sign up for their text club. I was in town for work and was searching for food and stumbled upon this Tony's Premium Burgers location. Once inside I must say it didn't give me "premium" vibes but more of a five guys spin off. The customer service was fast, efficient, and friendly. I went for a grilled chicken sandwich ... I'm trying to be somewhat healthy and a small French fry. There is bar that you can choose condiments and drinks. I tried the fry sauce mixed with ketchup (it was a nice twist). Everything came out in under 10 minutes and it was fresh, hot and tasty! My husband and I tried Tony burgers for the first time yesterday and I have to be honest. It was insanely overpriced and super disappointing. We could have gotten a better meal for CHEAPER at an actual restaurant. almost $50 later and we had mediocre fries and okay-ish burgers. I'm so disappointed that we paid $50 for us to eat dinner at a place that is not worth that much. You might want to look at dropping prices for customers that match the quality of the food and the fact that your company claims "fast" and not a restaurant. I can honestly say, we won't be back. When I see a place that's advertising itself as the best burger in Utah, I'm make it a point to stop by. As you can tell by my 4/5 star review, I do not believe it's the best burger. That's not to say it's not good though, it would probably have a place in the top 10. The ingredients all felt fresh, and the burger itself was nicely seasoned and juicy The fries have the potential to be some of the best fries I've ever had. They are soggy yet somehow still crunchy on the outside. They are certainly good, but there is just something missing for them to make me excited to get them again. Maybe it's simply the lack of salt/seasoning, but I'm not sure. The shakes however, while nothing fancy were excellent. When ordering the shake you have a no cost option to get it in two cups. Which literally means you just get two shakes instead of one. I'm not sure why they don't offer a "small" shake size The pricing here is more on the expensive side. All the burgers are basically minimum $10 and you have to get fries separately. At this price range I honestly would prefer to go somewhere like 5 guys down the road Side note, they have a sign up that lists a bunch of celebrities that eat free there. I'm honestly not sure what they are trying to do there. 1. Why would any of these celebrities find themselves at a tonyburgers, let alone the one in west valley 2. These celebrities all have more than enough money, to probably buy the entire company so I'm not sure what Tonyburgers is trying to put out there. Stopped in while in the area, and needed to find something to eat. Over all I would definitely recommend stopping by if you haven't before. The burger style is similar to a smash burger with a number of size options. I would compare the restaurant to 5guys in a number of ways, but they have a lot more toppings available. The fries are fresh cut, which isn't my preferred option, but they cook them well. Next time I might ask for extra crispy. I really was impressed with the buns, which were hardy and had a great flavor by themselves. Everything came out fresh, and we were able to order from the tablet to streamline the ordering process. We come here on a regular basis. I give it a 5 because my husband absolutely loves their burger. I'm not a big fan of their fries, they're very thin and not crispy. But my uncle absolutely loves them. So you might too. I love their buns, their meat, and all their toppings, but sometimes they can add too much sauce to your burger. I stopped in to try out this new location. The service was good. The food was not. My burger was dry and it wasn't anything special. It wasn't bad but it isn't worth going again. I got onion rings. They have the onion tangler style. They gave me a healthy portion. They also were merely ok. I decided to get a cookies and cream shake as well. It was good except that it wasn't actually mixed. They gave me a straw to drink my shake with except the the cookie chunks were too big to get through the straw. I was told by multiple friends that Tonyburgers was a must try. I decided to create my own burger with a single patty, tomatoes, lettuce, and Tony's sauce (similar to fry sauce). I kept it simple and I'm glad I did. The patty itself was very juicy and the buns were nice and toasty. The fries were a bit soggy for my taste so if I return, I'll remember to ask for the fries well done. One thing I noticed is that they offered wipes to wipe down the tables in case they were too busy to clean it themselves, which is a great accommodation. But the station where the wipes were offered was empty and most of the tables were dirty. Not a huge deal breaker, but it made it difficult to find a table to sit at. The tables are seated pretty close together, which should be fine post pandemic, but if there had been someone seated next to us, the back of their chair would pretty much be touching the back of our chair. The jalapeños were the pickled kind so they weren't burn your face off hot, and they added a nice zesty tartness. I'd order this burger again. And, Tony, your really slow at making burgers. I learned that you needed lots of time to cook after waiting over 15 minutes on my first visit. The other two visits took at least that long if not longer. Bottom line, fries are good, if you like greasy, floppy, hand cut style. Burgers are dry and salty but you can ask for no salt. Fry sauce is self serve and good. BBQ fry sauce, same. Ordered the Johnny Chipotle and an order of fries. Burger was pretty good - fresh ingredients and the hamburger patty was good. The chipotle sauce could have been scaled back, as it overpowered the rest of the ingredients (including the meat) but it was still good. Fries were a greasy disgusting mess.
