I went in here in July after a car accident and upon driving away, my gears slipped and the car was undriveable. When I pulled over, there was transmission fluid all over the road. They towed me back. And thus began the round Robin of one issue after another. The mechanic was nasty with me, it wasn't until I got the owner that my car was finally fine. I brought 3 cars to them in the last year. The first 2 cars came out perfect were done fast. No issues at all. The third car however has been a whole different story. Aside from failing to line up body panels twice, they also had 2 of my wheels refinished... different colors. They also gave me the car back with scratches on the new rear quarter panel. These things were fixed but that's not the biggest issue they left me with. They ran over a fender fastening bolt with my car you can see it in the picture. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the tire or even patching it properly, they felt it was acceptable to plug a low profile performance tire. Roger told me "it wasn't his problem." So they ruined my tire and now I'm left replacing it because I will not drive on a tire they compromised. They are unprofessional and won't even attempt to make things right. Stay away at all costs. They just lost a customer and every referral I would have given. read more

Had my Jeep door repaired and window replaced. The window wasn't tinted when I picked up vehicle. Woman at desk told me I had to pay in full in order to pick up Jeep and they would tint window for me. I paid and gave them opportunity to tint window. When they finally tinted the window it wasn't done properly so I went right back. They said it would be fixed. After three months of running around with them the rep said to come get a refund. When I get there they decide to tell me I have to get refund from tint person who I don't know. I tried to explain to manager situation and he was the worst of them all. Spoke with an attitude and then forces me out of office. Never in my life have I seen an operation like this. Will never recommend anyone going there. Total scam artists who use used parts. read more

My review is an odd one because this company didn't actually get to work on my brand new car. I went to 3 highly reputable places prior for an estimate bens auto body and JJ auto body (Haledon) and 8th street auto body (prospect park) businesses that have been around for a while. Happily gave me an estimate no issues. I stopped into Tony's and was met by some wild rude lady who thinks her poop don't stink. Proceeds to say doing an estimate without the other persons insurance is a waste of her time. Ok but 3 other spots did. And they all said this is an ESTIMATE, if it costs more we contact insurance and since we have the car they send what's needed if necessary. Lady is rude as hell and insulting. She definitely is related to the owner bc no one would act like that. read more

I wanted to get an estimate for possible replacement of my roof--after waiting a few minutes to speak to a less than professional woman in the middle of our convo another employee across the room yells out "we don't fix cars over 10 yrs old" (1) the woman should have known that & (2) the guy who did know should have mentioned it as soon as he heard our discussion as that was the 1st thing I said I have a "year/make/model" I work in the area & every time I pass by they are always very busy so they must do a good job for some but I would definitely do some comparison shopping before choosing this one read more

The worse autobody shop ever when it come to having your vehicle fixed in a timely manor. My vehicle sat in back of the building from September 18th 2017 until September 30th 2017. Then once they started working on my vehicle it has taken them an extra 3 weeks to get my vehicle completely repaired. So a total of 1 month and 1 week not good. read more
