Alberto was communicative, reliable, forthright, quick, and resourceful all the way through. He even picked up some lumber for me that wasn't part of the project, and was reasonable about extra charges when the concrete pad needed more material than anticipated. And the pad turned out awesome. Alberto stayed late with his crew to get the broom finish just right. Really pleased. I did have Alberto make several corrections to misaligned fence posts. We also miscommunicated about the amount of slope on the new concrete pad but were able to fix it before it hardened past the point of no return. While I would have preferred no corrections needed, Alberto was accommodating in re-setting posts and adjusting the pad grade to allow for drainage without too much tilt. Between me staying present and collaborative, and Alberto asking proactive questions, we got to a good level of quality, especially considering Alberto's super competitive pricing. I'd definitely recommend working with Alberto and crew if you're ready to be involved, collaborative, and clear about your vision. He's got a can-do attitude, and comes ready to work hard and solve problems. We'll be calling him for more projects down the road.

That contractor punctured the sprinkler line and did a very bad job patching the line before putting in the concrete. Luis and his team removed the concrete and fixed the leak, he allowed it to dry to ensure the leak was fixed and came back to put in the new concrete. For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it.
