We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

We had this AMAZING day planned out for my first born son's graduation day. We were going to ride to the drive through graduation in The Party bus, each giving speeches and listening to a curated playlist of my sons favorite music on the way there. We were then going to take pictures in the bus with friends and then head to Lucille's in style all celebrating my son's big day. The day needed to start on time for this to work. The graduation had a set time for his coordinated walk, meeting with his friends for pics and also getting to Lucille's at our scheduled time and we had a big party and couldn't be late. You know who WAS late....? This stupid party bus company that's who. We were all outside waiting and waiting for this bus to arrive only to be told that he was at a shopping center!!!! A SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!!! We all paid a fortune to this company to have them show up and do what we paid them to do. BECAUSE OF HIS TARDINESS, we had to leave half of our party at home and sped our son and his cousins to the graduation as they were 15 minutes late at the time. I guess there was a mix up in communication and they thought we were leaving at 11. I don't know but all I know is that we didn't have a bus to carry all of us, (graduation only allowed 2 cars and we had over 4 to 5 cars worth of people. ). They ruined the day and our special moment, something we can never get back. Huge disappointment. User discretion is advised.

We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. In n out parking lots are not easy to navigate but he did it! Overall we had a BLAST and the boys made some core memories. Things to improve: Bluetooth / speaker needed an upgrade for sure!
