Booking was quick and easy! We rented the sprinter van, which he had stocked with ice, cups and water for us. He was on time for pick up, and got us to our destinations quickly. We went down to Temecula and he even helped guide us to which wineries were more fun. After seeing great reviews, I was truly looking forward to using this service, but hanging up on my husband expressing payment security concerns ended the opportunity before it began. Initially got a quick quote by text, but no response when I came back with additional questions the following week, I was actually ready to book then too. So I call, he claimed to have sent a "form", but it wasn't there. Decided to fill out their website "book now" option, waited several days, no confirmation call or email. Got him on the phone again, explained, & he said there was NO record of my submission, yet I had 2 confirmation emails from their site(see screenshot). So over the phone I gave him my email directly & received the "form". It was a basic email with no secure pmt link(screenshot attached). What is this? I'm not spending $50 here, I'd appreciate an effort to provide secure payment. I sent back an email expressing our concerns, he claimed they used Stripe. I respond asking if he could then send an online pmt invoice, he said no& that this was "industry standard". My husband decided to call to get clarity& request a way to pay SECURELY online, Matt said no, cut him off several times& hung up on him. We patronize so many small businesses, & have been able to pay SECURELY, AND keep card info on file for incidentals. Disappointing to say the least. Wow what a great experience! I rented the party bus for 8 of us for a wine tasting tour in Temecula. John picked us up in Corona and took us to all 3 wineries and back home safely. He was on time, very polite, and a super nice guy. He texted me throughout the day and whenever I told him we were ready to go to the next stop, he was right there ready to go. Even when we got a little tipsy toward the end and were blasting the music and dancing in the bus, he never complained. And the price was slightly better than some other party busses I have rented in the past, as well as longer hours, so it's a good deal for a nice beautifully appointed party bus. I'd say 10 people would fit comfortably. My only recommendation is that they adjust the stereo controls to add more bass. It was a little "tinny" and not enough bass in the speakers. The nice thing is you control the music with your smart phone using Bluetooth and whatever music app you have. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for future adventures. read more

Five days before my daughter's 13th birthday my reservation with this company was canceled without reason. When I called to find out what happened, they claimed there was a computer software glitch that dumped all the customers who didn't make a deposit for their trip. (There was no where to make a deposit on their website- otherwise I would have.). I finally got to speak to someone about my cancelled reservation who said it wasn't their fault, I couldn't rebook it, and suddenly they were all booked up for the next two months. Basically, too bad! Everyone is bummed out and I'm scrambling on how to get all these kids around town for the birthday festivities. Check your reservations carefully and make sure you speak to a representative before you get comfy with booking a trip here. Prices seemed to good to be true, and they were. read more
