Now fast forward to the second and LAST time we ever come to this place I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It was a two week hold on our item. We called and asked to do it again and came to pay the money to buy it back and the man owner whoever said it was only a week and unable to buy it back. The frustration and anger we feel at the moment doesn't describe how lack of communication and informative to make it known that he made it a week instead of the two week pawn that was literally the agreement and whole point. Wouldn't of just randomly showed up a week late and just expect it to be there to pay the money to buy it back. It was a BRAND NEW item. Just feels like an establishment that doesn't want to help people, just wants to take advantage of people during a difficult time. Felt like a " fuck you oh well " type of deal with a smile on his face. Felt robbed, taken advantage of and so much more emotions.
