I was given four recommendations of vendors, and called 3 in for estimates. The estimator from perfection put me at ease instantly. He explained to me what they would be installing, how they would do it, and how it would interact with the other changes I'm having done at my house. He also responded to all of my follow up questions by phone. I felt really comfortable with him and the company, but I wanted to get all three quotes. I was surprised and pleased that they were also the cheapest quote so it was a no-brainer in selecting them. The crew showed up today to do the installation. They were quick efficient and effective. They were very polite from the start, explained to me what they were doing and asked me if I had questions throughout. They were very respectful of my property and the process took much less time than I thought it would. The fan itself seems to have been installed well. I can't get over how quiet it is.
