After taking a look they told us that it wasn't really necessary and didn't charge us for the trip out. Finally, they installed a new kitchen faucet for us today after calling yesterday afternoon. We had gotten another quote and they came in significantly under that. The installer was on time, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what he was doing as he did it and completed the entire process in about 45 minutes. And the price quote upfront was what it ended up being on the final bill. After dealing with other vendors that always seemed to be trying to upsell me, it couldn't have been a better experience. If you live in their service area I HIGHLY recommend calling them first if you have plumbing problems. I have a thing for fast, honest, quality service.

Frustrating? Yeah, I would say more than frustrating. This is the WORST experience buying appliances/customer experience. They do not care. They have my thousands of dollars for the appliances and have washed their hands of it. I wish I would've read the yelp reviews before buying from them. We bought 3 major appliances from here years ago and had no issues. Warner's has gone downhill. I think the intent of the replies on yelp from the business owner, is to make it look like they care and are going to help, but they don't. I had to give 1 star in order to post the review. Asked for a replacement as I'm not comfortable with an appliance that never worked to begin with....they said they didn't know if they can do that. Their Google reviews are almost perfect -- yet everyone I've talked to says the exact same thing: their real-life service does NOT match their ratings. Maybe some reviews are real, but certainly not all. Now for my experience, which was absolutely infuriating: Jeremy came to my home and quoted me $2,700 just to convert two lights into ceiling fans and replace one GFCI outlet. The prices they charged were beyond ridiculous: $300 for ONE GFCI $150 for a simple light switch $500 EACH for two fan brackets ($1,000 total) -- brackets that cost $23 retail That's not a markup. That is taking advantage of people. Their behavior was just as bad as their pricing. They show all prices on an iPad. When I was on the phone asking someone if this sounded normal, Jeremy literally snatched the iPad out of my hand the second I finished talking. He guarded that iPad like his life depended on it because he knew the pricing was outrageous. Completely disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. I asked for an itemized invoice with real part numbers and real labor charges. Jeremy told me, "I'll email it to you." I still have nothing. The only invoice I received was written in vague "units" -- a convenient way to avoid transparency and hide price gouging. And the worst of all: They quoted me $19,000 -- yes, NINETEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS -- to upgrade my electrical panel from a split 60/120 amp setup to a standard 200 amp box. Other electricians quoted between $2,500-$4,500. Randy's Electric wasn't just high -- they were five to seven times the normal price. That is predatory and absolutely shameful. The owner even came out trying to justify the $500 brackets by saying they "add a yellow tag to every bracket." Later I learned that the yellow tag is just the manufacturer's tag that comes with the bracket. Nothing more. Another excuse. Another lie. Since this happened, I've talked to so many people -- and not a single person has had a positive experience with this company. Everyone says the same thing: overpriced, shady, rude, and preying on people who don't know electrical costs. Jeremy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people and for the way they conduct business. It is absolutely disgusting behavior. Randy's Electric preys on the unknowledgeable, the vulnerable, and the people who genuinely need help. Their lack of transparency, their predatory pricing, and their disrespect toward customers say everything you need to know. If this review stops even ONE person from being taken advantage of the way I was, then it's worth writing twice -- because Yelp deleted the first one. I will NEVER use Randy's Electric again, and I strongly warn anyone considering them: Run the other way. Do not let them take advantage of you the way they did to me.

We are going through a lot right now - we have an infant, I am postpartum, and our house is a mess right now, but the technician took it in stride and even talked with us about their kids. I attempted to contact about six different plumbers. Roto Rooter accommodated me right away, while the other plumbers were not available or did not respond to my attempts to contact them. We arranged a visit from 10 to 2 pm the next day. I signed up for the app and found my visit registered there along with a small cash discount coupon, which I used. The next morning, I received a call offering even earlier service, but I failed to answer and so missed that opportunity. Then mid-morning I received a free visit from their water cleanup person, who explained the nature of my spill and how to dry out the carpet. He did not try to sell me anything or charge for his visit and provided much useful information. At 2 pm, Roto Rooter called and said my plumber would arrive soon. Andrew arrived at 2:30 pm, quickly diagnosed the problem, created a permanent solution and offered good advice on avoiding future problems. I will indeed follow his good advice. In short, no other plumber came within miles of Roto Rooter in responsiveness, helpfulness and providing a permanent solution to the problem. Five stars indeed!

So after some research, I did. I asked what I thought were the right questions. I was given the quote after a brief review and a LONG visit back to the truck. And then made to sign and pay in full before work was done. Once that was done, I was told a few moments later that there was no electricity running to the line as they had suspected. "Sorry, bad news." Over $500 - for absolutely no work other than removing a bolt and telling me that there was no power. I called because I don't know - nor do I want to mess with - electrical systems. After this, I feel like they don't either since they didn't do any work on anything electrical. They're good at making sure you pay for a visit though, so I guess good on them for that one.
