If they didn't want the job why waist time coming up with such an outrageous estimate. Just say no. I miss the original owners.

An absolutely awful customer experience that no business should want spoken about or repeated..or to happen in the first place. I could see the issue right away, having owned a business myself. I hope the manager gets a crew that want to work for all people and their vehicles not a select few. My friend was in line for new tires, about $800 or more, he is now going elsewhere. Discount Tire had performed above and beyond for us every time we went to them in the last couple of years. I hope they will again. Right now though, changes need to be made.

They forced 4 lug nuts on each wheel,it's supposed to 5 on each wheel. Basically, they weren't the right fix for my Jeep. The women at the front told they would fix my Jeep. They are trying to put the blame the last ppl that touched it. The damage was already done, before anyone else touched it. Now I have to get two left hubs front and back replaced.
